Hotel Sree Radha Lodge

I was in a situation that I had to take this lodge as it's close to the Secunderabad Railway station as train was 6 hours late. Rooms are small and full of mosquitoes and saw few cockroach as well. Bathroom was OK ok. Service was pathetic. Asked for a good night or fast card, he said I must have left the windows open and left. Taps leaking and washbasin was not so clean. Charged 1200 for 6 hours. Only good thing is that it's walking distance from the railway station platform number 1. Dont suggest anyone to go there. Had a bad experience.

It was my worst experience in any hotel. after I reached they asked me how much I have paid for booking in online. When I told them it is 725 per night they told me I have to pay them extra because Oyo agoda charges less but thanks to goibibo I didn't have to pay extra and for a little argument they agreed to give me room. Then he was not agreeing to turn on ac then I showed them my booking voucher then he turned on ac. For toiletries and towel also you have to beg them. They didn't know for how many days I was booked the room. During checkout again they asked me for 1400 and said I have to pay. Then I told them I have paid and got an argument . And also no wifi connection also they have cut the telephone cable so that you cannot call the reception. Bathroom was ok but choked. Also dustbin was not available. If you are going with family please don't go there. And again thanks to goibibo I didn't have to pay extra.

Very very shabby and dirty and stinky rooms and toilet. No drinking water, looked like entering an untidy roadside barber shop. Completely devastated. Having come in the midnight with family and found this garbage, recommended by Oyo. Nobody will stay here even if they are paid. Very disappointing.

I have booked a room through OYO and paid the amount online but after reaching at this lodge they asked extra money to allot me a room , when I told them that I have paid money online , the staff available there denied to allot the room and left the place leaving me in helpless condition. I went to Hyderabad to attend the marriage but wastede the time in search of new hotel . Please never ever book a room in this lodge if you want to spend your vaccation hassle free.

The staffs are irresponsible , it's not change the bed sheet during the covid 19 time .also already tell to check out morning 5:30 am but they didn't prepaired the bill and all sleep . before one day ask it's all available or sleep time they say all thing get. They didn't treat good rood behaviour the hotel is not for outer of the state u all understand what I tell.

I have booked the room for late night stay through OYO and I had confirmed booking and payed amount once I reached hotel and I told them I have booking from OYO they said they don't have room and also asked did you paid already? I said yes, they asked me for extra amount to be paid then they will provide room or else speak to OYO, I am helpless reaching OYO and I don't have any other option at that time. Please don't get misled by oyo booking, and hotel owner also said oyo ka bandh kar building it ey paisley sey Bana our OYO main itna amount. Is that customer problem oyo problem or hotel problem

I am stating fron past 10 year in every visiting Very good stay. Hilights. Lift sofa tv and 24 hours Hot water.most Reasonable price

First thing these people are in OYO but if u book on Oyo and reach the hotel they say No rooms for Oyo people I don't know why Second the rooms are so cramped and horrible 3rd while I was there the construction works was going on so reaching there itself felt a task
