Hotel Saptagiri

Very poor service by staff, rooms are spacious but cleanliness is not good. Infrastructure is old but still good, but not maintained properly, U can not expect warm welcome, staff works casually. Restaurant is below average, ITS VEG ONLY with very limited items in meal, that's why restaurant is always empty guest doesn't prefer to take meal here, Morning breakfast buffet also have very limited items, no eggs or omlet available. If any one order meal in room and ask to clear it after eating, restaurant staff only removes plates and cutlery, when asked to clean table, he said I will not clean it, you have to call housekeeping person. In waiting area and in passage no airconditioner provided. Overall it's normal average hotel located very near to Secunderabad Rly station.

This hotel is located close to the Secunderabad railway station right on the main road. Have a spacious lobby with reception. The third floor has a lobby again with the atrium. There is a very big restaurant on the ground floor with private dining halls for meetings or partying. There are 2 lifts with see-through walls. Rooms are big centrally air conditioned. The attached bathrooms have shower stalls and round the clock hot and cold water supply. The restaurant is fully veg but the quality of food is very good with a huge menu for South Indian as well as north Indian dishes and also Chinese dishes. We were a part of a marriage party, and we performed all our marriage rituals in this hotel on the third floor lobby without any problem. Our three nights stay was very satisfying in this hotel.

Rooms okay and there are cockroaches to give you company as well. The staff are polite but the system they use is outdated. The room keys expire everyday and you will need to come down to request them to renew. The restaurant does not have the information if complimentary breakfast is booked with your room or not. So you will need to go back to the reception and get the coupon for breakfast and submit it at the restaurant. The stay was pretty happening with all the running around and gets super exciting when the first thing you see in the morning is a cockroach next to your toothbrush!!

The rooms are Quite spacious and equipped The,maintenance are lacking. There are small cockoroches . Poor quality towels. My recommendation is take the towels after 2 days use but replace with good quality. This saves washing efforts and water unless,the occupants insist.

The restaurant is conveniently located just 750 meters from the railway station, making it easily accessible for travelers. However, a drawback is the lack of nearby dining options, which limits variety for customers. Despite this, the restaurant has the potential to become a popular spot by focusing on quality food and service, taking advantage of its prime location.

Just checked out of Hotel Saptagiri, after a 3 night stay. Don't want to go into details but, in spite of the property being beautiful. It severely lacks maintenance. The staff is inefficient, right from Reception to , Housekeeping. Badly maintained rooms. Electric kettle, AC , not functioning. I wasn't allowed to speak to the Manager. Apparently, he wasn't available on both occasions that I wanted to meet with him . Putting this review across but I don't think it will make any difference. Extremely extremely disappointing experience.

Bathroom & Bathroom doors are not well maintained. Safety is very good. Food is also good in the hotel. Very spacious room and good party halls are also there. From my pov it's a good hotel.

Very outdated rooms. The bathroom was in pathetic condition. The bathroom sink had cracks. The blanket in the bed was worn out. We literally saw torn blanket. The wardrobe was very dirty and it's doors never closed. Overall the room was in pathetic condition.
