Hello Sanketh (Owner), Please know that we have been visiting your hotel for 4 years but never had such bad experience as we faced today. Checked in on 10th Feb 2025 at 12:10AM. We were charged double the rate of standard. When we asked they refused to show any rate chart. Anyway subsequently they refused to clean room or bathroom during our stay. Coming to staff behavior which was worst. They informed us that we could stay 1hr extra for checkout and subsequently needed to pay 500 for 2more hours. When we asked the rate chart, they refused. Again at 12AM they started disturbing us even though we agreed to pay, manager asked us to pay 700 and denied that anyone said 500 for extra 2hours. This could have been done earlier but they only did it at midnight. They misbehaved with our family and denied our stay when we asked for more clarification and thrown us out in the middle of the night. Not even we were allowed to stay till 12:30AM which was well within our 24 hour limit. We have been staying here every year during our hospital visit, but this was not expected from you, kindly take action as I definitely will inform this to AP hotel association and consumer forum. We have patients with us and asking random money for personal benefit is a crime. Hope you're aware of your staff behavior as it's not good for the business.

Bakwas experience of junior owner and manager, they are charging for local can 50% more than locally available and pathetic behaviour of staff. No hot water, not recommended

I want to give honest review about the stay in the hotel. We planned our family trip to hyderabad and we chose secunderabad as the prime location for our stay. 1. First of all this room is located very close to Secbad railway station, bus stand and metro station all are in walkable distance. 2. Secondly, as soon as we saw this room we liked it because of its cleanliness and no bad smell (cigarettes) like any other hotels near by.Before choosing this hotel searched almost 5-6 hotels none of them are good inside and outside. 3. Service from the hotel staff was very good. As soon as we informed we need cleaning they came and cleaned all blankets, bed, toilets and floor with mop. They offered small soap for bath and towels for every individual. Mattresses of bed is of good quality. 4. All the staff behaviour was good didn't find any issues. 5. Food hotels are nearby you can step down and get veg or non-veg as per your convenient. Shops are opened 24/7 so no need to worry at all. Hotel manager Mr. Ramana is a good & sincere person, we approached him first to do concession with room charges for 3 days stay, Mr. Tirupati is smiling person, he helped to keep our luggage in security room on our last day without any charges. Mr. Raju nice guy and others not remember their names were just awesome in providing room cleaning services and good hospitality. Final verdict don't go with negative reviews and you will never get disappointed. This is good stay for family with ladies. You can ask manager to reduce room charges and he will make it to best possible charges.This hotel deserve more than 4 star rating for the amenities like cleanliness, free WiFi, TV with YouTube, fan/AC, 24 hours hot water, mineral drinking water and ventilation.

Only option is to give one star or else they deserve minus because of unhygienic management of the restaurant

One of the most dirty hotel. They are thugs No AC, no water and full room is nasty
