Hotel Ranjit Residency

I would have given 0 star if possible. They have posted very good photos , but dont let it fool you things are different when you see it in real life, terrible stay , I visited last November 2024 , they dont even care to wash bedsheets, also bedsheets will have stains and shedded hairs of previous customers. Their bathroom/washroom STINKS! its not clean , i didnt even washed my hands their, they dont have TV , Charging ports are broken and windows too. I checked out very next day , terrible place.

Fraud hotel, don't go with hotel, nothing is good In this hotel I booked AC room from Agoda, but when we reached , they told that is non AC even they mentioned AC on website, They have Non AC rooms on all floors, when we asked they are saying we have only non AC room on top floor and asked to go with AC if want rooms o. Lower floor Staff are not cooperative, Rooms are very dirty and smailing, just they spray some powder So please don't go with this hotel

Don't stay at hotel ranjit residency Check in is 11am. We reached at 6am. The reception guy was very very rude and non cooperative. He charged us 800 rs for early check in. Gave us a room in 1st floor and then by the end of the day shifted us to 2nd floor. The room was really smelly and bad. The bathroom was the worst. There was no hot water facility. We had to use cold water. The tiles of the bathroom were black and dirty. Even bedsheets were not properly clean. Bed sponge was torn. Walls had dust and fungus. TV was not working. There was not enough lights in the room. We didn't feel like asking or calling reception for anything because of his rudeness. We just came to room for sleeping. Rest whole day we were out for tourism. Definitely won't recommend this for staying. Please spend some extra money and stay at a good 4 star or 5 star hotel. Only advantage of this hotel is its near to secunderabad railway station and metro. That's it. Nothing else.

property owner and staff is not Cooperative they are not helpful for the customer when I was went there for check in they are not allow me to check in they ask meny details i was give them they said to fill 3 big from i said i don't want to fill i want to cancel my trip they said i can cancel my trip by Make my trip app... after i was request in make my trip aap for cancellation my booking to refund back my money they don't refund back my money..... . . . . The MakeMyTrip did one of the big fraud with me they not give customers support they not help to customer and i don't get back my money refund... . . . i give advice don't use make my trip app for booking anymore... last time i was went to hotel renjeet secunderabad it was very dirty bathroom also not clean ... It was a very nasty experience

Best family hotel in secunderabad Good location deluxe room rooms are very nice staffs are very good

Don't stay in hotel Ranjith We took ac room but not gud and not hygiene thair is no hot water service and ac is also old model it's not working properly and more over thair is bad service for customer and clean boys are very hygiene thair is no proper way to attend the customer and tv is also for only for local channels and tv is also not coming clarity finally I am not satisfied with the hotel Ranjith........

Best family hotel in secunderabad, rooms are very nice staff r very good.

Worst hotel, they are doing extra drama for extra money like after you check out key missing, TV remote missing give me extra money like that Soo be careful guy's. Hotel faculty behaviour also rude and Vulgar..... Worst hotel and worst staff
