Nice and clean hotel. Comfortable room and Accommodation excellent bar and restaurant. The staff in the front office and restaurant went out their way to ensure we were happy and Satisfied. The service was par excellent. I recommend them highly, specially thank u sumitra, ali &Nita

We are stay here for 6 night with amazing service team we never had. Every time that we ask for something they bring it right away. It's amazing quick. Fill up all shampoo soap and water everyday. Rahul is the best! He help me weight luggage before we fly out. Very good service.very good staff. Say Hello with big smile everyday. Can't wait to come back and stay here again. Very highly recommend Thank you very much everyone !!!

Our stay was very comfortable, room was big enough with a large window and nice views, bathroom clean with continuous hot water. Room service was excellent with prompt service, delicious breakfast with plenty of food lots of verities, centrally located with shopping centres, cafes and restaurants. Front office / reception are very friendly with excellent staff especially we would like to thank Ms Kiran Bisht who is very friendly always smiling and very helpful, she is very knowledgeable and efficient in handling the front office, Kiran made our stay very comfortable and always checked if we were happy with our stay. Kiran also encouraged us to come back and stay at the hotel and rebooked our stay by offering us best deals. Will definitely stay there on our next visit to India.

This is my first stay of 6 nights,had a wonderful stay, Reception staff entire stay was taken care from the room to service to departure very friendly and helpful staff . Definitely well recommend and will definitely come.back with family . I would like to specially Sumitra , Ali, Rahul , from front office, Housekeeping entire team .

I am writing this review after staying here for 10 days. They have two types of services. Very good service for the people who book directly by paying more and very secondary service to the people who book through online. If you book online then you will be treated like guests of third party. Never take meal combo with your package. You will not have any flexibility to shift your meal or decide when to take. No variety in meal. Better explore nearby eating options where you will get variety, flexibility and lesser price.

Our Company conducted a conference in Incredible One Hotel. We have enjoyed the excellent services provided by them. Food was very tasty especially Paneer Kurchan served with Pulka. The service boys namely Gangadhar and Charan, did their best to accommodate and feed us with such a delicious food.

The hotel locates exactly at the city centre of secunderabad. Easy access to almost all necessary items. The rooms are well equipped, frequently cleaned and well maintained. Restaurant is multi cuisine providing with delicious food all the day. It will be a good and fruitful stay here. We really were very safe and comfortable being here. Thank you incredible one.
