Treebo Premium Seven Lake View

The room was below average with damp and flaky walls, dirty bed linen, a non-working and dirty kettle, and the tea supplies not being replenished. There were also cockroaches roaming around. We requested the hotel reception to change the bed linen and kettle and the replaced linen was also dirty and the kettle was again dirty and faulty. The service they provide is not premium. It's just a waste of money. The breakfast buffet had just 4 items, bread and cut fruits that tasted stale. I want to get a refund of my money. Even a normal 1000 room would have been better than this. Photos are attached to this message. the 5-star reviews seemed to be motivated by the hotel staff as they ask you to review upon checkout.

I recently booked this property for my family trip; however, after booking and paying before check-in, they called me and said that they have overbooking and we will be shifted to another property of theirs, Amantran which was way far from the tourist attraction's. The room was good; however, the knobs in bathroom were broken. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

I would rate this hotel high keeping in mind what they charge for a day. The rooms are basic yet very comfortable. They were clean and had everything that a traveller needs. The bathroom though showed some signs of neglect. But not that bad. They have a restaurant which has a decent menu. Breakfast was limited but it was good to go for business travelers. The staff was courteous. I thank the property for a comfortable stay.

I stayed for 3 days and overall it was a nice experience. Reception and restaurant staff are both nice and polite. Morning breakfast is calm with good South Indian food options and beverages. Restaurant overall has nice furnishing and easy to go vibe. Rooms are clean with no problematic odor. I would recommend this hotel as it is quite good value for money with a nice and calm atmosphere for solo travellers and families. Showers can however be improved a bit with modern touch. Overall a good stay with decent rooms. The location was also good as it's just in front of Hussan Sagar. This Area is not so crowded compared to the other side of this lake. We got complimentary breakfast for our stay. They provided more than 4 to 5 items in the breakfast buffet. Tasty was good. The restaurant menu was a bit costly compared to the restaurant. Note: it is only a veg restaurant. Room service was good. They sent the staffs immediately after we asked them. Few issues and improvements needed. The water tap nob was broken and few room lights were not working/ broken.

Unmanaged room dirty and nothing working. Ac not wrking since 1day. Staff just giving excuses. Not worthy hotel at all.. Please dont book this hotel to waste your money

The experience overall was good.. We stayed here for 8 days.. The premier suite has good view also.. It's one of the hotel in Raniganj with this view.. But we had billing issues as corporate booking with Treebo & hotel being a partner.. However the hotel guys supported and tried to sort.. The food in the restaurant is also Very nice. The breakfast options can change as it was repetitive most of the time.
