Super OYO Flagship Hotel RBS NFC Road

This was the most horrible experience I had to stay here. There is no proper security here. We reached late night and the reception guy was a totally freak. At such late night who talks insanely. Unnecessarily he was trying to extract more money from us. The rooms aren't maintained properly. Totally unhygienic and a mess. Anyone if planning to stay here, please it's a genuine request please don't book your stay here. I heavily criticize the oyo chain for it's totally ignoring the basic hospitality ethics.

Employee and manager behaviour is worst. They charged me 1300 for night and they charged 900 for the person beside me. When I asked why, receptionist said "there are no rules for price. It's our wish. Go give complaint to whoever you want". I could do nothing because I was there with my wife. If my wife wasn't there with me, by his behaviour I would beat him till the death.

Rude staff, owner believes he can talk anything with the customer and shouts for no reason, if you want to stay one day, that's fine but no cleanliness, bedsheets are oil stained, bathroom is very small, location is good to stay.. Cleaner won't listen anything you request them.. Ac and tv work..

There is no Hotel at this Location. Don't trust google maps and go to this location. I went there on 21/10/2023 at around 3.30 AM directly from railway station. But could not find any board or symbols for a hotel, nor could not reach the manager through phone. It is a home. If you happen to be in my situation (happen to visit ion digital zone for examination), go to Tirumala Lodge nearby ION digital zone, it is 24 hours open.

Extremely rude staff , had to book another room in the last moment, not giving clarity. Behaves like he is the king and ppl who booked rooms are his servants

I Love this Hotel. The rooms are pretty clean. Room service Too good .

Worst service at hotel management don't know even how to behave and treat customers please don't opt this hotels

This hotel is near to cvk technologies,ion digital...4 stair building in the ground stair their is good restaurant.u can stay in this hotel
