The worest hotel... That counter/ reception male person verry negligence and waste person, when I was check-in that time he told with ac, and in the room that ac not working, i told him to chek the ac pr chang the room but he escaping from my conversation, after 2 (means almost 10:00 Pm) hours he given another room in that room total cockroaches in bathroom and bed beside also, again I asked for room change with this reason, but they simply if you want adjust adjust otherwise you can go, but amount not refunded... This type of worest people and this type of worest hotel i ever visited,

Worst hotel. They took money from my parents before showing the rooms and later when they didn't like the rooms, the hotel didn't return the money. The rooms condition was terrible for the price of 2000 rs per night. Even their website is not working. I wonder how this hotel is rated as 5-star hotel. This should be 1-star hotel.

Full of Cockroaches No Hygiene. A/C fittings are not good. Light switches are not properly working bcz of short circuit. I have booked room through Agoda in advance. They said rooms are not available.

I have booked my room through Make my trip. They have told room not available after reaching hotel. Diverted to other non hygienic hotel belongs to them in the midnight. Very poor response from the staff. Simply he is telling look for alternate hotel if you are not interested. Forced to stay without having any other options.

This was the worst experience I ever had in my life. I booked a room for a day stay in Hotel Priya Residency, Hyderabad on 18/06/2015. When I arrived at the hotel on 19/06/2015 for a day stay, the first sight of the hotel horrified me. It was pathetic. Reception area of the hotel was horrible, stinking. Staff of the hotel were very lazy. Their service was pathetic. I felt very unsecured there. It was dark. Even after showing the copy of my booking and the payment confirmation receipt, they made me to wait for 35 mins to confirm the same. They, then got the room ready for me. The very first vision of the room was horrible. Patches of paint on the wall is falling off, room was very untidy, just beside the room lies the cleaning room where all flies were flying around cleaning utensils and it was stinking a lot. When I closed my room, I got locked inside and the door didn't open. I tried many times, only in vain. The door lock came into my hand and I had to shout for help, for some one to come and open it from outside. I immediately quit the hotel, as I thought that would be the best option. I left the hotel, without even thinking of my money, which went waste. HORRRRIBBBLLLE HOOOTTEELLL...|
