Location of hotel is good and property is also clean.... But 1-staaf behaviour is not good. 2- they don't allow outside food that's terrific because their kitchen food is very bad. 3- kitchen staaf is not cooperating with order .... anything you order they will cook in the same way and I can bet on it that you will not finish their food. 4- no half plate option available in their menu and you have to order for full plate for anything and definitely after two or three bites you will throw all in dustbin... AC is also not cleaned and if you will switch on AC you will observe a dust smell that's terrific. 5- no ventilation in rooms that's why we stayed most of the time out of the room without any work... Sincerely I'm saying if you want to enjoy your stay with good food then don't go to this hotel... I strongly will not recommend anyone to visit this hotel........rest is your choice

Value of money. Very safe for family hotel. No alcohol. Allowed at hotel. I liked that. Over all. Good hotel

Check in Date 12/11/2024 time 21:00 Please avoid this hotel at any cost. Unprofessional front desk manager. Made racial and religious remarks against us because we booked through an online app for a price which is lower than what they quoted. Totally not worth, even for the online price. The bedsheets and rooms were stinking and not washed or cleaned properly. The photos shown online is absolute scam as the toilets look shabby and dirty in reality. Only positive side was that the security was very welcoming. But the priority of the manager is definitely not customer service.

Avoid This Hotel! I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The manager was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. When we showed up with a booking for a lower price than what was quoted at reception, the manager became hostile and made discriminatory remarks about our race and religion. It was completely unacceptable. On top of that, the room was in a poor state - it was dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting. Clearly, the cleanliness and customer service are not a priority here. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value both your safety and comfort.

One of the best budget hotel, which is nearby to paradise hotel... Also they have in house kitchen.. Food taste is good and tasty... Pepper paneer is the best you can try....reception staff and house keeping and very cordial and helpful.. Do visit this hotel once

Had my stay last week with my family... one good thing that they do not allow alcohol inside the premises..a big thumps up to the management... check in was smooth and staff was very cooperative.... enjoyed my stay ...thank you

Horrible service and place. Rooms were stinky and bathrooms were asa dirty as a public toiled and not at all maintained. |The manager at the counter is very rude and unprofessional and made offensive racist and religious remarks against us. They have listed themselves in all the online platforms and when we go there with the booking they behave very rude. If you want to look for a safe and clean place to stay please stay away from this hotel.
