Rooms are bit shabby, not properly maintained. Parts of the walls are damp. Most of their rooms are incomplete with interior works. Don't have any restaurant. They have taken the 4th floor of a property for their hotel in a commercial buildings. Price is very reasonable, rather cheap and is on the main road with lots of eateries and ATMs outside. Staffs are friendly and helpful but you can ask much from them.
