OYO 68066 Kk Residency

Worst hotel I have seen ever, my bad luck I have to stay overnight there, no cleaning, rooms are smelly, no restaurant, even you have to buy water yourself from other stores.

No water in bathroom. I tried manytimes to room service. Irregular repliesin the early hours around 3.30. Afterwards though water comes, geaser not working. Boy replied to complaint in app. Persons who booked through apps are fools in their view. With gst I paid Rs. 987/-. Service is not up to the mark. Yet I have to struggle for hot water.

Property is not owned by Oyo. These first are doing business in others property and no cordiantion between them. I booked a room at 650 in the Oyo app. However,the property guy asked me to pay extra 700 as the minimum room rent is 1300. The worst customer care I had ever with Oyo. Better suggestion is to talk directly to the property owner(Hotel representative)for pricing. I was literally on road for 30mnts with my family without an accommodation. They are just least bothered.

They are charging 1500 for 24hrs and 1300 for 12hrs what's the big difference in it, tv is also not working room is also not well maintained and there is not sufficient place for parking

K at this price. Room is spacious, staff are cooperative, they will provide you everything in your rooms. Some issues with bathroom and cleanness. Overall k for short stay.

Clean Rooms, conditioned and neatly setup. Very good for night and day stays. Had hot water, TV setup, some rooms have space for meetings etc.,

Nice location Room staff are cooperative and the room is too good very soacious with a good ambience. Had a great experience here.

1500 INR per day charge, room service below average, very less parking space
