OYO booking will give you smaller rooms. Water keg is contaminated. Towel provisions are limited. The Reception staff is good. Service staff is untrained and clumsy. Tea and Coffee is not added in bill you have to pay cash upfront. Lift is small. Plates/Bowls are not available. Washrooms not designed properly. TV service and WiFi are good. There are no windows. Good convenience on Highway.

When I used the OYO app to make my reservation and complete payment, after the free cancellation time the hotel told me that I would need to pay more to keep the room.It's wrong and obviously dishonest to show a low price on the app while charging more at the check-in desk. They also failed to deliver on their initial promise of a tidy and clean accommodation.I was unable to enter the room without covering my nose because it was so filthy and had old bed linens, blankets, pillowcases, and a filthy toilet. However, everything has changed after I told the front desk about this.Employee cooperation was excellent. Thus, before making a reservation with OYO,please reconsider.
