Hotel Srimayi Grand

I have stayed in this hotel for 4 days & let me brief about my experience here. 1st the room that I received was the worst hotel room I have ever had. One side of the room had wooden broken cartboard instead of wall. Front side wall has all over glass where curtain pulling thread was broken & there was gap in curtains from where the sunrays hit you hard. Also side of the room has a wide gap in the end of the glass which is open outside. Mosquitos was entering from there. The king size bed had two single matrices, if you are alone & sleeping in the middle, you will end up under the matrice, very uncomfortable. Electric kettle was there which was not working. I told them, but still they did not provided another one. TV was there but no recharge has been done. AC was there but no AC remote, I had to ask them more than 5 times to have the remote. No comforter was given, rather asked from them several times. 2nd the food was very average. No hygiene factor. They provided me tea in a broken cup. One day they forgot to bring cold drink & water bottle which I told them by twice in reception. But then also after about an hour, I myself have to go to reception to take the water & cold drink. This was my all over experience... Just pathetic

Please improve break fast Quality. Increase different items Example Uppumavu, Differnt type Dosa, Sambar Quality please improve.. break fast Start Time 7.45 AM

One of the best hotels of Ramagundum . Nice location close to main road. Rooms are good. Food is superb . I never expected such a food in RDM hotel. All most all service , cooks are from odisha, we may face some language problem. Service quality should be improved. They can have an in house training for them. Rest all other are good.

Best place to stay while visit to NTPC .. Rooms were clean, good & bigger. Bathroom & Bed both are superb.. Food is better compared to outside.. Only issue - Delay in services on room requirements like TV channel recharge, morning time rooms will be in open for hrs for house-keeping

The staff is very rude behaving . Don't even provide drinking water even after talking to the management. Everytime they would ask for tips but don't serve the customers. They even switch off AC and geysers in occupied rooms. The worst hotel in this area. The staff cannot fulfill the minimum requirements of the customers. Even after complaining to the management the staff continue to behave rudely with customers. Don't provide bills day to day even after asking multiple times..the most irresponsible management for hotel I have ever seen is this. I don't recommend this..I have been staying here since 3 months and am already frustrated with this type of management and staff. Tv recharge is also not done on time. Food takes hours of time to reach us after ordering. Electrical repairs are neglected like loose connections and switch board broken.Service staff and some unknown persons will come into room without knocking. I had asked them to fix pipe line leakage repair since day one and still didn't replace it in 3 months of my stay. Kept telling excuses.Worst hospitality.

Hotel was good. Hospitality was good. Room was big.. very big. Bathroom was big.. very big. Hot water was available. Billing took time. It's a good hotel to stay at Ramakundam. Also, the front side rooms are not yet fully ready (as on 15 Sept-21). From lobby, a good view of the city is available if you stay at the 3rd or 4th floor. Suites were very big with separate sitting room. Nearby breakfast place is there, tea stall, coffee stall is there. Adjacent shop charges 5 Rs. more for cigarette pkt. Didn't have food there, so no idea. But I saw many people having food served to their rooms. Nice place overall.
