Thanmaya Farmstay Resort

It was nice experience with Thanmaya resort. Even though it was located in a village but after entering in to the resort our opinion and mindset will be changes and we feel like we are in a city and tourist place. There are different type of cottages like GOA. Pollachi.. etc. It was a best place to relax and enjoy. We can stay with family also.

Disappointing experience at Tanmaya Resorts! The management was completely commercial-minded, and they seemed more focused on making extra money than providing a pleasant stay. When we had additional guests, the prices were hiked up unreasonably. The overall management was chaotic and unorganized, making our stay far from enjoyable. Unless they revamp their approach, I'd advise others to look elsewhere

WORST EXPERIENCE NOT RECOMMENDED THEY ARE TOTALLY COMMERCIAL BY MISTAKE IF YOU BRING XTRA 3PERSONS THEY WILL ASK U TO PAY 50% XTRA OF UR BOOKING AMOUNT. BEFORE PAYING ADVANCE AFTER PAYMENT ADVANCE THEIR CONVERSATION IS FULLY DIFFERENT.TOTALLY MONEY MINDED THEY WILL BLOCK UR ADVANCE AMOUNT AND CANCEL UR BOOKING IF ANYONE OFFER BETTER AMOUNT THAN UR BOOKING AMOUNT.MY MONEY BLOCKED BY THEM THEY REFUNDED 50% OF ADVANCE AMOUNT WHAT I PAID. MAINLY THEY ARE SAYING TO ME THAT. THEY DON'T BOTHER ABOUT NEGATIVE REVIEWS WE ARE GETTING REGULAR BOOKINGS. I THINK MANY OF CUSTOMERS FACING THIS ISSUE WITH THIS RESORT FINAL VERDICT: AFTER CANCELLATION OF THIS RESORT I FIND OTHER BIG RESORT WITH SAME PRICE WITH NO RESTRICTIONS

Had a good stay for our college reunion.. even though we didn't fully explore all the facilities, it has all the activities required for a chill weekend

Unsafe, Unhygienic, and Unwelcoming - A Complete Disappointment I recently booked a stay at this resort for a night, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. From the very start, it was a disaster. First and foremost, the resort's location is incredibly difficult to find. It took us 30-40 minutes to figure out the last 3 km stretch, which is deep inside a village. The area is very unsafe, not just for girls but even for boys. It felt very isolated and we were genuinely concerned for our safety. Additionally, the resort's phones were unreachable, so if something goes wrong, you're completely on your own. Upon arrival, the manager and staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of being welcoming, they seemed indifferent to our concerns. We were given a cottage that was in a deplorable condition. It was super dirty, as you can see in the attached photos. - **Room Condition:** - The room and washroom were covered in spider webs. - Ants were roaming freely everywhere. - The curtains were filthy and looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. - The chair provided was broken, adding to the discomfort. - There were no blankets, and nothing else was provided to make the stay comfortable. The place was so unhygienic and unsafe that we couldn't even bring ourselves to enter the room properly. We felt trapped after paying such a huge amount for the booking. It was very frustrating and disappointing to think that we came expecting a relaxing getaway, only to be met with such poor conditions. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this resort. It's unsafe, dirty, and the staff is unprofessional. Save your money and look elsewhere for a better experience.

Horrible experience. Lucky for them 0 or negative star isn't an option in the review. We booked this resort for a night stay, expecting a pleasant stay, but it turned out to be a terrible experience. First of all it is located in a very remote area, where roads are difficult to navigate. The location feels so unsafe and you can't find any help nearby. The staff and management were extremely rude and of no help at all. We reached at 10 pm at night and didn't get even water to drink. The rooms were the worst. It was dirty and there were spider webs all around the corners of the room. Ants were walking through the wall. A lizard was supported, bathrooms were stinking, dirty curtains and on top of everything a broken table was provided. No blankets or basic amenities were provided by the management at all. The condition was so horrible that staying overnight was a nightmare. The experience was a total disappointment and a waste of money. Would never recommend this resort to anyone, specially due to rude and careless management and staff.

Visit time is only till 4pm and they are very arrogant. There are lot of resorts in warangal with good service.

The location on Google maps is not correct so we ended up on village street with dead end. We somehow manange to reach the resort in night following google location that was wrong. After calling them many times, we manage to reach the resort thinking to enjoy there after endless efforts. Rooms were very dirty with full of dust. It seems like rooms were closed and they directly gave to us without cleaning. Spiders and lizards were there. It was a very disappointing experience,
