Hill view resorts & garden

I recently booked the resort for family relatives & friends to stay. I honestly feel the staff needs to do a better job in cleanliness and rooms maintenance. There was a room where commode was shifted and it wasn't closed properly making the entire washroom smell horribly and bed sheets weren't clean enough and there were bed bugs as well because of which we had to purchase new bed sheets to get through the night. I strongly hope they take these reviews seriously and redeem themselves!

The resort's maintenance was extremely poor, and there was no proper response from the staff when issues were raised. On top of that, we experienced frequent and long power cuts, which made the stay uncomfortable. Given these issues, I felt it was a complete waste of money, and I am not happy with my experience at the resort. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements for future guests.

Bad customer service from day shift guy. I have already booked the room and paid the room rent, during emergency for washroom he refused to give room keys and reportedly asking me to fill form and use common washroom which is soo rude, then what's the point of paying for room? Overall rude behaviour from staff.

It's nice visit with family party's kitty partys birthday and wedding marriage event's all partys do here it's best place fare price get together with friends playing game's with childrens eveng time is very cool weather swimming pool here you can swim here also low budget i loved it
