Very courteous staff. My booking with other hotel got cancelled at the last moment and I was literally on the the road in my car with my family helpless. We were searching for the hotel and these guys came to our rescue. They made some adjustments instantly and even picked us up from the junction when we were unable to locate the address. I would definitely suggest this hotel for short stays. PS: I did not get a chance to have food at the hotel as we stayed only for a night.

Nice and neetly maintained AC rooms at Reasonable prices... But there could have been separate smoke zones ... Corridors filled with cigarette smell

An excellent hotel in Nizamabad which is coming at just 550/- rupees single room completely reasonable and worth to your money. Recently renovated and name changed to Undavalli Recidency. Whenever you visit Nizamabad and want to stay just stay here.

Nice hotel, but the construction work is still Going on in the ground floor, the rates are OK, rooms are fine, I along with other 3 members stayed for a night for 1000, in double bed room

Generator not Available in Hotel Yesterday night and today morning power cut 2 hours above 15th April 2023

Good comfortable room with lower tariffs..... If it winter season we can go for non AC as well as it cost around 500.... Bus stand and railway station are also near by....
