Hotel Krishna and Banquet halls

This is a very good place that makes me so happy. The rooms are very spacious. And they are providing food also. And that is very delicious. They also have pools so that we can take stress relief from our daily lives. Services are very nice. I really enjoyed.

Today had very bad experience in DINE IN Restaurant where he denied to accept the coupon which HOTEL sold. I went with my family now thinking not to visit again due to arrogance of the manager "ARUP PAL". Especially with the restaurant Manager "ARUP PAL", he don't how to talk to customer and how to behave with customer. Very BAD attitude and asking over smart thinking there is no one to question on him. He says that he is the whole and sole of the HOTEL KRISHNA and he can change any RULES any time. When i have asked him to give the same in written (He is not ready to give it). Looks like this Manager ARUP wants to spoil the name of the HOTEL KRISHNA (Which is getting good name now a days). I have the video recording on the way he talked with me and also the way he was telling that he can do anything whenever he wants. I am writing this expecting that the OWNERs of the HOTEL should know on what is going at ground level. I am expecting some kind of action from HOTEL management on ARUP and if needed i am ready to provide the videos. Also if needed we will get a CONSUMER COMPLAINT on RESTAURANT MANAGER "ARUP".

Rooms are spacious and clean enough. Food quality and the taste is delicious. Staffs are well trained customer service people, extending their support as much they can. Manager Rahul is extremely helpful in regards to the food service.

I went there for my hubby birthday party with my family. I ordered mutton chap as a starter but it seems to make us fool. Only bone are there nothing else. It was very expensive nothing to eat. Staff behavior is ok. But quantity of any dish is very less. I fully disappointed.

Pathetic hotel. Pathetic experience. No service. No body bothered to respond. They served after 1 hr 30 mins. Neither manager nor staff responded. Worst experience. They will torcher guests like anything. Not recommend at all

The property is just one year old, rooms are spacious, the breakfast doesnot have a good spread. Food is just average. The staff is not well trained, the pricing of the rooms is very high for the kind of hpspitality provided with food quality, its not worth the stay.

Manager rahul captain omkar waiter nimdoma has provided excellent service and food was also tasty. Had a great experience

The hotel looks good and its location is its biggest selling point. It is located on the outskirts amidst greenery with a beautiful balcony view. But the staff are poorly trained and do not know how to run a hotel. Especially Arun from Kolkata(cant remember exact name), "the restaurant manager", who was outright rude and disrespectful and made my stay average.
