Hotel Maruthi Inn

Disappointed by Lack of Compassion and Flexibility. I had booked this hotel directly with management in good faith and even paid an advance for my stay. I was planning to stay here during my journey to Leh. Unfortunately, due to the recent escalation of the situation at the border, I was forced to cancel my travel plans for safety reasons. The same was informed to hotel promptly and requested to refund the advance paid, they denied to refund. This rigid and insensitive policy, especially in the face of a national security situation, is both disappointing and unprofessional. I strongly urge future travellers to consider the risk of bookings with this hotel. Emergencies and unforeseen crises do happen, and a hotel's response in such situations says a lot about its values.

I visited this hotel for a short trip to the Kuntala waterfalls. The hotel is very good. I love the staff and the service; everyone is so friendly, from the receptionist to the waiters. I loved the kindness of the team and the canteen as well. I traveled with my friends I buzzed them many times for drinks they always smile. Thank you so much for making our short trip so memorable.

Highly rude staff, Night when we reached house keep staff was drunk. Bedsheet with stains. Bathroom broken, dirty. They don't have restaurant, order food from outside, manger Sehbaad doesn't have manner to talk.

Please DO NOT book this. The rooms were dirty, there were all kinds of insects. They charge a premium price but they DON'T even PROVIDE a complimentary WATER bottle (only on 1st day even if you booked for a week, after first day you have to buy) I haven't seen this miserly behaviour anywhere. The taps were broken, shower doesn't work, flush doesn't work in the toilet. They just provide a toothbrush and toothpaste and 1 rupee shampoo packet in the name of 'toiletries'. They denied when asked for a comb, or a razor. The towels had become brown in color due to overuse and had stains of all kinds. Very unhygienic. Poor maintenance. Only the location is on the main road that's it. Even the restaurant opens at 12 noon, so if you want to have breakfast, the staff suggests you to go to a nearby roadside shop. Very bad experience specially as per price they charge ~2.5k-3k/day. Better to stay in a hostel than here.

We had a engagement function in this hotel and we booked rooms and banquet hall Rooms are good but they provided towels are not in good condition Wash rooms lights are not working properly They need to provide good soap and tooth brush quality is too bad as they charge good amount for rooms but providing poor quality of soaps and tooth brush Comming to the banquet hall is too congestive where photographers are occupied the place and audience cannot see the stage Food was average and they service uncooked mutton curry and dining area is not hygiene and need to maintain good temperate while party time but we experienced very poor air Hand wash area should be separate but they included open hand wash inside the dining area and very congested Staff should be a hotel management certified but they are totally unprofessional staff

Pretty decent accommodation, had booked 3 rooms for our stay of one night. Except for the toilets everything else was good and well maintained. The restaurant served some good food.

The best hotel in Nirmal. Good food and good service. The stay was pleasent. Always chose the suite room.

We stayed for a couple of days. Was okayish. I would rate a 5 star for the pricing we got there. But well when considering as a star rating it's a 3 star hotel with the cleaniness they maintain
