Stay Inn Hotel

Satyinn hotel is good to stay and rooms are very spacious. The hotel is at center and accessible to all places. Price is little higher side as all rooms are AC.

Checked in to hotel for one night stay and has a horrible experience. Room is not cleaned properly before handover and has sticking smell. Ordered for tea which was delivered after 1 hr of order. Guy at the reception will make you feel bad to every reason for checking into hotel. Never faced such worst experience - Vacated the room after 5 hrs of check-in and paying for one full day. Was forced to find another hotel for the family to stay.

They're charging as per 4 star rated hotels but providing normal hotel facilities. It's really waste to put 2200 rupees for single bed, no complimentary breakfast nothing. Requesting management either improve your facilities or decrease your cost. Maximum 1000 rupees will be okay for single bed of this hotel. After paying I really felt bad that I had lost hard earned money. I'm still wonder on what parameters management is collecting that huge amount which they actually don't deserve. Requesting management to go and get an idea what facilities provided by hotels who are charging premium amounts then decide in which category ur hotel comes & decides cost accordingly.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. They provide AC, TV, Fan in the room. Water is not complementary. In toilet they provide only soap and shampoo pouches. Hot water facility is a available. They have good option of tea(CCD Make). Reception guy is very helpful and generous.

Room cleanliness and service are average but good when compared to other Hotels in the Locality. Hotel is situated at fourth floor of commercial complex. Self restaurant isn't available. They'll provide from restaurant downstairs available at first floor of building where hotel is located.

Very expensive rooms, the staff are always disturbing, not allowing to sleep, they ring the bell and say they want to clean and they call you when you are sleeping to make you buy tea or coffee.

Average hotel to manage for a short stay. Difficult to approach the hotel lift which is the only way to reach the hotel. Staff behaviour was too rude. Staff don't know how to speak with guests. No room service. Overall, give last preference...

Worst hotel experience that I am living through right now. No power for last 2.5 hours. 2 calls and each time been told that their generator is out of diesel. Suffocating in closed room. Earlier in the evening... Was suffering due to air conditioner suitable for a kennel. Staff talk back. Online booking is not respected. You have to get a printed voucher for them to talk to you about booking. They claim that clear trip does not keep them informed about guests before hand. Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!! STAY OUT of "stay INN" hotel.
