The Ranch

It would be great if it's well maintained. My first opinion after visiting - big place where we can spend time with friends/any near to nature. Location is ok. Only drawback was, maintainance. If it's well maintained, it will become popular.

Bad Expirence For Check in , Check Out Time,Bad Smell in rooms,not cleaning the rooms,never go to next time,not sugested to friends, Go to other Farmhouse or resorts better,over all very bad worrest

Wanted to give negative rating but couldn't. Unfortunately there is no 0 star for rating, if there is one I would have given that, I must say this is going to get closed down sooner..this is not my first visit, but this time he charged us 20k for 8 people with out food, they wont provide you food, we have to take it from outside..manager promised me that he will give us rooms with AC which was fake, one room was throwing damn hot air just like fan, at least they won't provide you with drinking water.. There is no water in washrooms and are ugly. There is place for activities, but you can't play anything as you have to bring all your playing kit.. Waste of money, you can get many places with much cheaper price and better hospitality. My suggestion is don't even think of going there..

The location is berserk!!! But the service is equally worse.... It needs to be maintained at least or at least at a basic level then it can be one of the trendy places to be

Man.. this is the peaceful place with good quality time to spend with the family. The ACs aren't working presently. It's better if we get our own food /prepare there itself ! Rooms & washrooms are neat. Even pool is good ! The Ranch can be reached by taking left before the flyover to bhongir starts. Just do some off-road to reach the place and here you are !!

No Service, No Cleaning, Contact Person Not Taking Any Responsibility, I Never Suggest This Place, Totally Worrest

Get your drinks ,munchies ,fire place and your done . Zero expections . Good for night parties and w**d trips . Average pool . You want to go home as soon as the sun rise.
