Chandravaas The Haveli

We had previously inquired about the booking and finalized the venue for our function scheduled in October 2025. However, when we requested a confirmation and asked to block the date, the representative unexpectedly demanded double the charges we had initially agreed upon. This sudden change in pricing feels dishonest and unprofessional. Due to this experience, we paused our venue search out of frustration. Unfortunately, we now have to restart the process. We strongly advise others to avoid booking this property, as our experience suggests a lack of transparency and integrity.

Location was great, very private, I attended a marriage, great place for small private gathering, bit far from main city, I did not see rooms, however it is quite big building

Toilet facilities are very bad. Need better toilets for men and women..... Not clean at all

The place is having three separate buildings. There is no proper name board "Chandravas The Haveli" on the highway. But for the Google map, our guests could miss the location. Once inside Gayatri temple arch, they are confused to which building to access. No direction boards with building names. One access road is muddy. There is no single source/ responsible manager at the site to be contacted for help/service. Some workers asked some guests to get up from the chairs they are sitting as they are to be shifted to another place. The hosts were embarrassed with such behavior of the workers. Not a suitable venue to conduct traditional Indian marriage with guests arriving from distant places within the city and outstation. Cabs are not available easily as location is treated as outstation.

Pros: Good Location. Affordable Pricing. Decent Landscape. Suitable for events >350 guests. Good for Photoshoots. They have a service apartment nearby. Cons: Owner has an attitude problem. No dedicated Venue Manager. Owner Preeti doubles as the Sales Manager. (Hence, the crankiness) No dedicated parking space despite several open plots all around.

Excellent experience!! The business model is such where there is least probability of things going wrng!! Property manager is available throughout to address our queries!! The place was cleaned and maintained well!!

Preeti Goel, the landlady is a horrible person. She had promised many things before booking and sweetly adressed to all our concerns prior to booking. Afterwards, she behaved very rudely and she is very disrespectful in nature. I hated the service provided by her staff. They were not at all helpful. Anything we'd ask for, they would ask Preeti. This was a terrible experience just because of this lady. The location is beautiful but the pool was in an unhygenic condition and wasnt usable. Overall, I would give it a 1 star.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! Owner Preeti was very RUDE and ARROGANT!! The location was displayed well before paying advance. The owner preeti is very rude after paying the advance. No water in the pool was provided after questioning the worker replied he wasn't told at all. AC's weren't working at the location in two of the rooms in the ground floor. Washroom flush wasn't working. The staff near the venue wasn't present there at all day for assistance for these issues. Morever she wasn't responding to calls after we made full payments which left us without anything. Overall service/communication provided by her is a big disappointment. We would never recommend this venue for anyone planning big events. Owner and the manager left us under the bus.
