Rooms are spacious and very neat and clean. Bathroom also good and provide both hot and cold water. Per night stay cost varies from 850 (with offer) to 1400 for standard room. Breakfast is complimentary. You can order food from outside and eat in your room. Good ambience.

Pro -|Price: very reasonable price |Hygiene- rooms were clean and tidy |Location-right at the centre of Miyapur, hardly 400 m from the main road. ||Con -|Food- it was terrible.we had ordered snacks and it was super spicy tasted like road side food. The buffet has only idli pongal and that too in limited order. The coffee in the buffet was served in micro cups and we were commented on when we took more than 2(these cups were 1/6 of a regular cup). ||Service - they are just existential. We were there for 3 days and rooms were not cleaned even one day. We were given only 1 towel and had to ask for another. ||Room- although the room were neat but in one of the rooms water leaked from ac and we had to change rooms. The doors don't lock properly and one has to really shut the doors with all the force. |||Overall - the hotel was mostly occupied by young men and women who come here for fun. Our hotel corridor was full of drunk men . Men were also smoking just outside the room. ||One can stay here only if it is for 1-2 nights and you need to be in miyapur.

Neatly maintained with attentive staff... The room service and the restraunt staff are friendly and on time... The bathrooms were clean but they can be more spacious for customer convenience. The room is good, it is provided with a sitting area for 2 people. The bed was very smooth and tidy.

It was not my first stay at Navya Grand but this time i somehow feel the total standard has come down.. The bedsheets provided were not so clean n they were torn from many places. The worst experience was with the food served. They actually provided spoiled food for lunch & on asking them for the reason they simply said by mistake they served yesterday's food.. It was my first time worst experience. Otherwise the staff is good and the place is very clean.. Shall definitely recommend you to stay but dont go for the food there.. It might cost you your health

Rooms are defectively designed for a hotel, suitable for a hospital.||||The speaking lift uproar with a collapsible gate doesn't allow you to sleep especially when you were allotted rooms nearby the lift. Its customers are also loud, making lots of noise while moving in the corridors. ||||Common drinking water arrangement at close to steps drains on the corridors and steps. No one attended my requests to take of the same, as the guests walking on the floor or steps may skid.||||The receptionist is very haughty while behaving with the hotel guests and possesses poor hospitality skills. She shows an abominable sort of conceited independence and exhibits superiority over their guests, which is like the most country-town indifference to decorum.||||No one attends Room service calls.||||WiFi not used, so no comment.||||We have to hang our Mobile while charging, as the distance between floor to plug point is longer than the charging cable. No table is provided near the plug point.||||No counter is available in the bathroom to place things for ablutions.||||Twin beds are brassy and making lots of sound even for 'a single persons sleep'. Imagine the level of trouble to a newly married couple out of these beds.||||Bedside electrical switches are covered by the bed completely. You cannot operate them.|| ||Breakfast and hot beverages are being served in cheap quality disposable plates and cups.||||Overall: not worth its price. Highly-priced. Better to avoid if you want a peaceful stay.

On the first day of my stay, I wanted to rate them as five stars. Second day I was contemplating between 4 and 5 stars. Next day I decided on four stars. Finally on the checkout, I am eating them as three stars. Why? Two problems. Mosquito menace and lack of hot water. Also bit noisy when guests talk in the corridor. The gap beneath the door is the problem for mosquito and noise. Improper use of water taps/knobs and poor plumbing cause lack of hot water. The hotel possibly has sufficient hot water. The hot water is going waste in the restaurant wash basin etc but not getting it in bathroom.

Rooms are very clean,cosy. The staffs are very courteous. Even they will give service at 4 AM. Breakfast is good with south indian foods only specially idli,vada. Don't expect anything more in the breakfast. They will provide tea. The service telephone works perfectly and will assist you at any point of time. Overall it will be a very happy experience for all.

Been to restaurant here. Not a great place. No ambience. House flies roaming freely even in the dinner time. The utensils are not clean. No AC. Really hard to sit long here. And the rates are not anything less than Sitara grand. Finally I am the only person in the entire restaurant at 9.35 PM .
