The resort is good for one time visit, when we visited it looked like it was in renovation mode, so not so great maintenance. Food is good in the Fiesta restaurant but the price is on the higher side with 18% GST. We got complementary tickets to wild waters which is a good gesture. The indoor games are also not maintained properly. The swimming pool is good.

Overall, the stay was not worth the price. The maintenance was lacking, and I've experienced much better resorts with reasonable pricing and well-kept facilities. We stayed in a normal room but had to pay extra for an additional cot--an amount that could have been enough for a suite. The check-in and check-out timings were quite limited, making the stay less convenient. The washroom faucets were not functioning properly, and the staff was not very hospitable. There weren't many recreational spots to enjoy. However, the food quality was good.

I recently stayed at this resort and had a disappointing experience. Despite booking a room with a large bed, I was given a room with two smaller beds instead. This was a clear sign of poor management and lack of attention to guest preferences. The situation got worse when I noticed an unpleasant smell in the room, likely from an overpowering air freshener or cleaning product. It was so bad that it made the stay uncomfortable. To top it off, checkout was delayed by an hour, which was frustrating as it caused unnecessary hassle. Overall, the resort didn't seem to prioritize guest satisfaction or maintenance, and I would not recommend it to anyone. There are much better options out there that value both comfort and service.

We went to Palm Exotica as a family of 6 adults and 2 kids for 2 nights.. we had a very pleasant stay. The restaurant staff was amazing! Chef Dharmendra and his staff were always on top of things asking if we were comfortable and if everything was as per our expectations. Since we had kids with us...we had a few special requests which were promptly addressed and made the kids happy as well. Overall it was an amazing time with Family!

I had booked entire Bougainvilla block for three days, for my wedding along with a luxury villa. The whole three days, the lift wasn't working, toilet flush wasn't working. And there were only three members including front desk to deal with the buggy plus all these things. They'd come hours later for the washroom repair and it would fail in sometime again.On the last day, the reataurant failed to even serve food and it was very embarassing to us infront of all the guests the whole three days where we had paid so much of money. They literally are very commercial and charged us way too much at the end saying something or the other. They totally ruined my wedding experience and I still regret it.

We had a great time at this resort! It is a very well maintained pleasant place. Swimming pool is very clean. There are good number of indoor games, rain dance, spa and nice places to sit and relax. Restaurant food was also very good. Over all we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this resort

This is outskirt of Hyderabad with no disturbance of daily rush of city.. love the octopus swimming pool.. shout out to Anjan, really helped from check in to check out.. the ambiance is awesome, very nice experience for pleasure time with friends and family... Me and my friends had a great weekend gateway... definitely recommending to visit.

The room was provided almost 90 minutes late from the regular check in time. Let's not even talk about getting an early checkin. As soon as we reached we were told to go to restaurant till the time room becomes available. We requested for a queen bed but even after requesting multiple times we were still provided a twin bed. We did try to call earlier for a queen bed and were told that we will get it on first come first serve basis but even after reaching much earlier than 2, the rooms were not even ready and hence we had to wait for 90 minutes and did not even get the room we wanted.||Once checked in, there were several issues with amenities which made it clear that they have done a job hurriedly. Service is the worst i have ever seen in any hotel i have stayed at. They will take at least 40 minutes to do anything and you have to call minimum 3-4 times for getting any service. Utter useless reception folks and irresponsible. Room amenities like fan, toiletries, hot water, etc. were either not working or we had to call them to get them fixed. This continued throughout our stay.||We even considered canceling our stay but because of online hassles and no response from vendor gave it up.
