Hotel Royal Grand

Very rude staff and drunk. Dirty bedsheets and not co operative at all !!! Staff at the counter shouts rather than speaking. Rooms are very small and expensive. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms is good as of Oct 2024, looks clean and all facilities available, secured with CCtV and lift

Too much mosquitos. Never try to go there.

Decent rooms are not so spacious but have all the facilities like ac, tv, nice bed and good rest rooms with western commode and nearby railway station and have lift facilities as well

Excellent... perfect... brilliant. Fabulous holiday in this most beautiful cottage.. so well equipped and maintained. Amazing beds and washrooms accommodation. Every room beautiful and such helpful hosts. Thank you Royal Lodge

I have stayed here for 2 months and staff and owners are very generous towards customers , service is top notch and hotel is managed by number one hoteliers in the state.

Very worst hotel don't come if come very struggle here no service no respect Volgograd language
