Hotel SSR Fern Suites Near GSM Mall

Hotel was spacious and clean enough. Good location for all commercial needs. There are several things to be improved. Towels are rough and with holes, bed sheets are clean but have stains. Some rooms do not have curtains for windows. Plumbing in bathrooms are not good, however you can get good hot water. Some taps are broken. Service is good, Food is below average.

Wifi Doest work TV doest work tiffins - Yuk, if you like oil you can drink. No Tea, Costs extra- If you like hot sugar water no need for tea. OverAll waste of money and time.

The hotel is great and so are the staff. Clean and hygienic as well. However, it is located right below a Cult gym. Which means there is a lot of disturbance and heavy noise every morning and evening. It is unfortunate, as otherwise the hotel rooms and staff are great.

Very poor experience. Stayed there with family for 1 day . Its located below the gymn on 4th floor so the music noise and weight dumping sound will keep on coming from 6am in the morning till 12 pm and then again from 6pm to 9pm in the night . Pathetic. Couldn't sleep properly. Location is good but what's the sense of location if i cant stay peacefully. If you are okay with the noise then can go for it, else hotel is good.

Had been staying here for almost a month regarding my work.its really relaxing never I had any Inconvenience. even no on-site restaurant they will arrange good breakfast and meals from their cloud kitchen. Highly recommend for Business traveler's as the staff and rooms are very good

Rooms were very clean and hygiene especially toilets. Staff was good and knowledgeable. All the surroundings we have huge malls and BHEL TOWNSHIP was nearby which has excellent view and full of trees and Travelliing charminar and Miyapur Metro station is nearby

There is a gym right on top of this hotel. People dropping dumbells and weights can be clearly heard and it is very annoying. The beds were also not comfortable, could feel all the springs inside. Pillows were dirty and they were of really cheap quality.

I had stayed here for 3 nights in September 2023. When I saw the building I thought it to be more of a lodge. The reception area is decent but the alley to the room and the rooms are really well done and spacious giving vibes of a 4 star hotel. I liked that they had a smart TV so i could stream in the evenings after work and the bathroom was really clean and spacious with a big mirror. Would really recommend the stay as 100% value for money.
