Worst check in experience This looks like a scam When I have booked the room in app it has show me 556 and I paid it in app But at the time of chek in sudden they changed the price and asked for extra amount where the oyo help desk have added the amount but they provided a worst room with no tv and proper AC Please dont pay extra at the hotel you can connect with the helpdesk and they will resolve the issue And the person at the reception will not attend the calls from the oyo help desk wantedly.

Never go to this hotel when we book the hotel for current price online , once booked and reaches there they will make you to rebook by double charge 450 rupees extra as i booked for 800 and they asked to give 1250 in the middle of night or after going in traffic they will cheat or threaten to book again and it does not has TV and full of cockroaches and they will mention free breakfast while in booking but they will not give and they will say car parking but it will not be there

It was wrost service ever had. Everytime tap water will not be available in room. After several complaints they will not able to fix the issue. And staff is very bad. Please don't go there instead of choose good hotel other than oyo.

I had booked a hotel from Agoda and breakfast was included in it but the hotel staff said at the time of check out that in your booking included but they do not give anything. I also showed the booking details but did not get any response. After that I paid them the money. After that one of their staff stopped my car near the cab saying that I have not paid my money. Then I went to the hotel and they all were laughing. They maked scene in road that was pathetic. Pathetic service and staff

Pls don't book ur room in this hotel...or else u ll get scammed here....I booked a room from Agoda website n paid full amount...when I went to check in they asked us to pay more 45% of the amount...I told them that I paid full amount but they r not listening n telling that u paid a token amount n now u need to pay full amount.....i tried opening that agoda website but it was not opening....as we are in hurry n we don't have much time to search for another hotel so I paid d amount they asked for....n next day I got to know that this z their scam not only to us they r doing this to 90%of their customers...even I raised a complaint in Agoda n it z in processing

I have seen many travellers facing the same issue, during check-in they charge you above the already full paid amount. Agoda shows breakfast included but hotel refuses any breakfast

OYO's service is unbelievable! You actually have to experience it to understand how badly a company can operate. There's complete absence of management. The staff at the OYO Silverkey, Kondapur, Hyderabad (new property opp RTO) are not courteous at all, as if without any professional training. The hotel staff themselves were expressing their frustration with OYO. OYO bookings have hidden charges which are told to the customer only once you've paid in full as per their website and after you reach their hotel, and their hotel staff don't hesitate to blindly refer you to OYO's customer service. Talking to their customer service is another experience. The guy just hung up in the middle of the conversation. When I called back after some time, he stated "something else had come up" . Imagine! Read that again and ask your self if you want to go through such an experience in 2024. Lastly, the rooms were absolutely dirty and hence, I decided to leave. I had paid in full for 3 days plus the extra amount after arriving, I didn't get a penny back. The hotel staff said, these are your options now, if you choose not to stay here then, "OYO toh pura Paisa kat lega". Please refrain from booking OYO. I sincerely hope that this company goes out of business soon so that others are not put through the same experience!

Oyo is the most scariest booking you can ever do these days. Even if you have the booking confirmation, but at the property you will be asked to pay more to confirm your room otherwise they will say no rooms are available. And Oyo customer support is the worst. They are just there to say sorry. Similar thing happened with this property as well, the staff were very bad. They were using slangs and I have been asked more money for room confirmation, and when denied they said no room available, though I had a confirm booking.
