Monday Hotels Hitec City

It was wonderful stay at Monday Hotels. The Hotel ambience ia very good. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. The check in process was very smooth, the room alloted to me was very neat and clean and spacious enough. The food was also ok.

During an official travel my company arranged the stay at Monday Hotels Hitech city, Hyderabad. That was on 21st January 2025. The window locks were damaged and there were no grills , so anyone could come in - go out through that. There were extra door in the room connecting the adjacent room, the extra bolts on that door seemed like they would give away easily with a good pull. The most appalling experience was that there was a rat running around in the middle of the night. The receptionist just shrugged and said that it could be because of the ongoing construction work , he was not surprised with the reported incident. Overall, I would say not a safe place, especially for single ladies spending the night there.

It has been a good experience in the property and with the staff. Staff was very helpful and kind. Except for one situation a night before check-out, I had a bit argument with the night duty staff over a phone call when I just needed an empty plate around 10:40pm. I don't want to share the complete details here but the feedback was shared in the morning to the manager in the reception. He was kind to explain the situation and apologised.

Average hotel, if order food you have to wait a lot so order in advance. No deserts. If you book for 3 nights then on 3 rd day they will except to vacate the room instead of 4th day. That's new rule and I didn't liked it. Staffs are good.

Hotel room is good but one thing is their lift which had lot of disturbance... Service and location are actually good and approachable but maintenance has to be looked into ...

Overall experience was fine. Can't complain much in the tariff they accomodate. However, in city many similar scaled provide far more amenities. The staff was polite but not warm and friendly. It looked as if they're obliging by fulfilling the ask. One experience was they repaired the jet spray in bathroom, and obviously as it was plumbing work the bathroom floor was completely dirty. They repaired this at 9:00PM. But, left the floor dirty and I had to manage next day bathing in that dirty floor bathroom.... The TV was not working, on complaint to reception in person as telephone was not functioning in room to call, nobody turned to correct. It was good that I could finally fix the wires myself and manage to start TV to entertain myself. Location is good, but not for me as it was very far from metro station. Had to manage with Uber always, couldn't find anything within short walking except one mall where you need to go to eat everyday if you don't wish to eat at the hotel. Breakfast for 5 days had same menu with only 1 dish changing alternative. But they give when you ask. Overall no complaint but was not suitable for me to stay again.

I stayed there for my office purpose, I had a wonderful stay, with polite staff, great servicing and food at reasonable prices.

A friend and I (both women) stayed here for two nights. While the room was at best average, we made peace with it. But they have the WORST STAFF EVER. There's a big security issue for women. Don't recommend any women to ever stay at this hotel. One member of the house keeping staff, absolutely drunk out of his mind, tried to forcibly get into our room at 1am in the night, claiming to be housekeeping, traumatising us. Even after repeatedly asking him to leave he was trying to open our door violently, until another staff member came and dragged him away by his collar. The manager later lied saying it was a hotel guest who mistook our room for his, and didn't take any ownership of the security breach. We saw the person through the peephole and he was in housekeeping uniform, so we knew who was trying to get in. NO WOMEN SHOULD EVER STAY HERE. Especially if the hotel refuses to take any accountability. Minus 100 stars. 100/10 do not recommend.
