Housr 84 Coliving Kondapur

The quality of this "housr" overall is... literally opposite to "luxury living". Everything is centuries old, It only looks good from the outside in photos in the website, but it is a completely different story when you enter the flat. The furniture is broken and not at all in good condition. The condition of the overall furniture is very VERY poor. Besides this, they refused to give us the safety deposit (20k) when we were stepping out and they said that they will return it in 45 to 60 working days. No one is going to wait that long for their own money, this is scam too. I don't know about other Housrs, but this one... this is a freak show. WARNING: ENTER THIS HOUSR AT YOUR OWN RISK. You have been warned...

Great place to stay and would recommend people in my office

Vacated House 84 in Jan 24. Still have not received refund of security deposit. 1st they don't adjust security deposit with last month rent like it is a case everywhere else. Now it's been 4 months that I have been following up. Also, pls be aware of the food quality, totally not worth it, despite repeated complaints from guests

Please seek some other stay option. This one is not trustworthy. And yes they are not returning security refund
