Hotel O The Botanica Grand

I booked a family stay for 1 day casual stay. The service is pathetic and leaves lot to bee desired. Definitely not a place for family stay. First, did a booking through Oyo. We were there for a late checkin at 10pm. There was some confusion on the status of advance payment and it was not reflecting in their system. I requested front desk to complete the checkin and I will sort out the payment issue in the meanwhile. He flatly refused and had the tired family members waiting there for 20 mins. On top of that there are lot of mosquitoes in this place. Same experience at checkout also. They wouldn't allow us to stay 30 mins more to complete lunch and moveout. Definite NO NO

To be honest, my experience was really good but I had a few issues. Firstly the good things- The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff is polite and well-mannered. The location was also good and properly civilized. Room service was on time. The tea/coffee was yumm. Issues I faced- One door knob wasn't working on the room's main gate. The bathroom couldn't lock from inside due to a broken knob. The air freshener in the bathroom was empty. Someone else's brush was there. These are some issues which might be fixed to make the stay better for all the guests. If required, my room number was 503.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive making me feel right at home the room was very clean and well appointed the location was perfect for exploring the arrai highly recommend this hotel

Nice hotel with all facilities : AC, wifi, tv, drinking water, plates, geyser.

The stay was nice and rooms were clean enough. Location is close to main road. Staff were nice and welcoming.

I recently booked a double occupancy room at Botanica Grand via Cleartrip for 9th to 11th July 2024. Upon arrival at 9:30 PM, the hotel could not find my reservation and claimed they were sold out, despite rooms being available online. The staff rudely suggested I contact Cleartrip, stating it was not their problem. We waited at the reception for an hour amidst mosquitoes. When I called Cleartrip, Mr. Neelesh asked to speak with the hotel staff. The receptionists, particularly an Orissa guy, rudely refused to communicate or assist in resolving the issue, insisting on canceling the booking and not providing the manager's contact information. Eventually, I had to cancel the booking and check in at another place. This was an extremely disappointing experience due to the unhelpful and rude behavior of the hotel staff. I do not recommend Botanica Grand to anyone.
