The Altruist Business Hotel - Hitech, Hyderabad

The staff is prompt, helpful and polite. The rooms are spacious and clean, but have a certain smell. Also, there's no ventillation. Food at restaurant is good, but a bit costly considering the portion they serve. While giving clothes for laundry, make sure to tick normal wash, otherwise the staff considers it for dry clean by default. Location is okay, don't expect a great view from the window.

Special thanks to your receptionist, as well as Mr. Srikar and Mr. Sahil, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their support, hospitality, and attention to detail stood out and made a lasting impression. The check-in was smooth, the overall service was top-notch, and the hassle-free checkout process was the perfect end to a great stay. It's rare to come across such a dedicated and courteous team, and I truly appreciate the effort everyone put into making my visit so enjoyable. Thank you once again. Pathetic Stay, Not at all good for business trips! Zero Star.. I'm sharing my recent experience of staying on a business trip with The Altruist Business Hotel, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The room was pathetic. Not at all worth the price that they are charging. Even basic hotels have better rooms than this. 1. AC in the room was leaking and water was directly dripping on the bed. Realised it late in the night while sleeping and could find a side of the room, bed completely wet by then. I informed to reception to fix it or change the room for me. They said that they will fix it or change the room for me, but nothing really happened. I had to accommodate in the same room for the next day as well based on their assurance of having the AC serviced and issue being rectified while I'm away in the day. But, again water was leaking during the next night as well causing me problems and unable to sleep properly for the next night as well. I again went and complained to the reception and found that other room residents were also complaining similar issues in the reception and are being convinced with false hopes. 2. Taps in the bathroom were leaking too and shower fittings are full of rust and totally unclean. 3. Towels were dirty and had stains. 4. Room was smelly. Even curtains were not clean. Overall, one of the worst stays that I've ever had. I really don't understand how this hotel is being listed for corporates for business stay with such pathetic maintenance and irresponsible staff behaviour. To mention, the irresponsible receptionist was Sreekesh and team. I'm also going to raise a complaint with the corporate hospitality team of my company regarding the same. Such hotels should be removed off the list as soon as possible. Uploading herewith few photos and I also have a video for proof. Thanks!

Stayed here recently & found it to be moderately good. I stayed in the suite room so it's big undoubtedly but the hotel hasn't been maintained at all. There's a kind of pungent smell through the lobby level. The sofas placed in the rooms are super dirty and stained. They've just not at all worked on renovation &. Cleanliness stuff. It's running as it is since opening maybe. Furniture is torn out too. Okayish kind of stay. Breakfast was decent though.

1. Beeakfast: is just Awesome. 2. People: all stuff are very good. 3. Place: Just on the main city in road. 4.Room: it is nice but there is very strong smell there inside of room which no one will like it at all.

I recently stayed at The Altruist Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I stepped into the hallways, I was greeted with a gut-wrenching, overpowering odor that was impossible to ignore. It was strong, disgusting, and left me feeling uneasy throughout my stay. The elevators weren't any better--they carried an unpleasant, diffusing smell that made every ride uncomfortable. Adding to the disappointment, I discovered mold on the faucet in my bathroom--a clear sign of neglect and poor hygiene standards. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much more attention to cleanliness and upkeep. To make matters worse, basic amenities like an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer were not available. These are standard essentials one would anticipate at any decent hotel, let alone one charging as much as this place does. Overall, The Altruist Hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations. For the price they charge, guests deserve a far better experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made. Save your money and look elsewhere for a comfortable stay.

I recently visited Altruist Business Hotel at Hyderabad. Decent hospitality. Good Food. Very Polite and cordial staff. Overall a very pleasant stay for me and my family.

Hi Team, I have been trying to have my things back which I forgot in the room. I had a stay from 14th to 17th April, Room no. 1407. And in a hurry I forgot one of my shirt and tshirt in the almirah, which the room service team acknowledged. But they told reception will help and connect. Despite me saying that I will arrange a courier partner and pick up from reception. They said the supervisor will connect, but so far no one has contacted me. I have called the reception on 18th, 19th and till now, I don't know what is the issue!!
