Nice spacious rooms and we enjoyed the stay with family here. Toilets were clean. Room was clean. Housekeeping staff were prompt. Hotel is right on a main road that cab service is easily available. Buffet Food was ok not so many options but cant complain. Taste was good. A very good and big hospital is just adjucent if needed in emergency.

Excellent stay with a very courteous service. Very good ambience ideal for business travellers and families alike. Calm and quiet place conductive for a professional and peaceful experience. Ranging from a vivid and tasty spread in the breakfast buffet to a full filling dinner spread . ||Gym can be made functional and maintained better.

This is the first time I checked in to this hotel. But highly dissapointed. Professionalism is at it's lowest. Rooms are very small and top of that there is big pillar on right in mid portion of the room occupying about 30% of the space. Most of the furnitures are in broken condition. AC is placed in such a way that blow hits directly to my face. AC remote was working .Toilet flush is in broken condition. Will not recommend

Well this is a bit old hotel but with a good ambience and very friendly staff this feels like a good place to stay in for a week or more! Here we had a decent buffet for breakfast and dinner the Tuna fish in the dinner menu is soo good, but for lunch we have to order it to the room itself. The rooms are good, the view from the room's full glass windows is awesome and how can i forgot the washrooms they're pretty good and neat, Have a great holiday folks!

Poor cleaning, Bad smell, old setup, broken tea maker, rooms floor broken, no pleasent room experience. Doesn't look like a 4 start hotel. Room service was also not up to mark. Under construction lobby. Smelly small lifts and poor comfort rooms etc.

Food served was really subpar and not great taste, despite complaining the hotel manager was not bothered for corrective action. ||Service levels were average. ||Flush was not working and was broken ||Mosquitoes were seen||Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxcxxxxcxxxxxxxxxxcccccccc

Very good hotel for the price. This hotel sits nicely between a high-end hotel and a budget hotel. The staff was polite and professional, the room was clean and well illuminated, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The buffet breakfast spread was limited (which is fine for the price) but the food was good. A very special thanks to Mr. Suraj at the reception. I forgot one of my shirts at the hotel. He was very helpful and promptly sent me the shirt the same day. Really appreciate how professional and helpful the staff is. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Worst hotel. The hotel maintenance and staff both are competitively worst. Absolutely disgusting. The toilet flush is broken room is full of cigar scent and the maintenance of every inch is poor. Not even worth a penny. It's a NO for anyone. Mainly they should stop bluffing people with pictures which are not even 1% close
