The AC doesn't work, with 16 and high fan speed still the room doesn't get cooled. The hotel staff allow the guests to smoke in the hallway itself which is disgusting. When asked they are blank and couldn't provide an answer. We checked in at 12:00 AM early morning, but the staff was reluctant that the check out time will be at 11:00 AM morning with just 12 hours of our stay. Usually we expected to be 24 hours of stay from the time of check in. The surprising part is, they charge 1200 flat even for this 12 hours stay with out any deduction in amount. The only reason we chose this hotel at that time was because it was a walkable distance from our house in this locality. If you are trying to have a stay here from other place/state, then definitely you will find better hotels in the nearby area. Highly not recommended.

Rooms are ok,but the bedsheets r not clean nd r tored. * The AC is for the name sake, doesn't even cool the room. *The receipontist members r worst nd useless never care about the customers.Managemet has to be changed..

This is the first time I have such a pathetic experience staying at hotel. I made a booking online by visiting their official website in which they promised to provide breakfast facility ( they charged extra Rs. 200/person/night ) with very unparalleled service. Their one of the staff members- Mr. Mayur Maheshwari did my booking procedure and I paid token money for completion of booking procedure .When i reached hotel room was not cleaned , bed sheets were not changed, washroom was uncleaned, no dustbin. I paid whole amount when I checked - in hotel and when i asked for breakfast , the hotel owner told me there is no such facility. I told them I have already paid money and still they didn't consider. I had to take exam so i didn't argue much. Now when i am asking refund of my breakfast money no one is listening and just saying thay they have escalated the matter. I will highly recommend not to trust this brand fab hotel .

Worst service. We stayed 7 days not once they cleaned the room. One day they gave two towels and one water bottle. Thats it after that nothing. Blankets and duvet is stained and dirty. Some stupid crowd came and too much noise, till midnight. i asked the management they didn't respond.

Very bad Service. - The biggest issue is bedbugs in all the rooms. 1. If you book from FabHotel Application even at good price they will not allow checkin. Hotel manager will ask for extra money or ask to cancel the booking and make the payment offline. 2. AC doesn't work. No cooling. 3. TV is just for showcase. 4. Drinking water not available all the time. 5. It's not only Fabhotel. They have tie up with Oyo as well. Which is very bad. 6. If you are taking shower, the water will get over. Then you have to call Hotel Manager, he will switch on the motor, after 10 mins the water will come in the tap. 7. The bed sheets are not clean. 8. Safety is big concern. This hotel doesn't allow alcohol or smoking and Hotel Manager himself drinks in the hotel.

Nice stay, people are humble and respectful and everything is near to hotel- food, cabs, busstand, they are taking care of women security, and room are clean and dust free, room service is always available 24/7 which I liked and most importantly they are let friendly

One of the worst hotels I have ever visited. 1. The facade is completely different than shown in pictures. 2. It's an old Oyo property taken over by Fab hotels. The ones sitting on reception have no interest in running the hotel. 3. The power cuts were frequent and no generator. Even the water in toilet stopped in the morning and I was given just one bucket for the morning routine. 4. The bed sheet and pillow covers were not changed when I checked in. Bed sheet was changed after multiple follow ups. Also, they had run out of washed pillow covers, I was asked to adjust for the night. 5. Moreover, they will cancel your booking/ask for more money if the booking amount online is less than Rs 1000.

It's locke is broken still they say that it will do.very bad experience if you call the Reception you call 4 times and they don't pick up|I just Suggest make any mistake booking this hotel.There is zero service in this hotel.
