Hotel Shubham Prestige - Karmanghat

I ordered Mutton Nalli Ghosht Biryani along with Mutton Biryani from this restaurant today.While the Mutton Biryani was delivered correctly, the Nalli (bone marrow) piece was missing from the Nalli Ghosht Biryani. I immediately contacted Zomato customer care and shared the photos. I also called the restaurant and sent them the pictures. After multiple calls and a delay of over an hour, they finally sent the missing item. By then, I was extremely hungry and disappointed with the whole experience. This was a very poor and frustrating service from Dantoori Group. I will never order from this group of hotels again.

We had dinning here after diwali.. Ambiance is really good. Service is also very good. But food?? I can't say same for food. The food was a bit disappointing, & it's not about taste or quality but the quantity & pricing. Look at the prices, it's really expensive.. Chalo i understand it may be a premium experience, so they kept prices on higher side, but then what about quantity? Really disappointed even after paying premium price for dinner the quantity of food was not adequate enough. We never felt this kind of experience in any restaurant.. Here we felt hungry even after having our ordered food because the portion size was less. If you guys charging such a premium price for food but do not provide enough quantity then customers will feel unsatisfy with dine in experience. Honestly speaking we felt disappointed to dine in here because there are many other restaurant nearby where we thought we could have eaten sufficiently with that prices.

Hey, the food was really good and this girl named Divya gave us exceptional service at the restaurant. She totally made our dining experience even better. She knew the menu inside out and recommended the most delicious dishes. Every bite was like a party in my mouth! And she was so attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a place with top-notch service, this is the spot!

Terrible chicken biryani--it's just filled with gravy. Nowadays, smaller outlets are preparing better biryani than this place. It's worth around 200, but they're charging 389 (including GST).

We were In lift for 20mins with kids, no proper response from management was taken. Very poor response when we call for communication, Alarm also not working inside lift. It's horrible It's can't acceptable It's not expressible inside for 20mins without response.

It is the best hotel for functions, A big function hall is available for 500 persons sitting and dining. Well suitable for South Indian marriages.

On August 14th, we arrived before 10 PM and attempted to order soup, only to be told that it was available until 9:30 PM. We then ordered zeera rice, but they forgot to bring the raita. We also requested fresh lime juice with our meal, which was only served after we had finished eating. Despite only 3 to 4 tables being occupied, the service was poor, and the food was average, falling short of expectations. However, the ambiance was good.
