We recently hosted an event at Shubham Palace. - **Venue**: The event space itself is quite good, offering ample room and a pleasant ambiance for gatherings. - **Food**: Unfortunately, the quality of the food was below average. Given the high cost, this was particularly disappointing. - **Cost**: The overall cost is on the higher side, which is worth noting if you're considering this venue. - **Vendors**: Shubham Palace insists on using their recommended decoration and event vendors. While this might seem convenient, the vendors charge ridiculously high prices, making you feel locked in with no other options. It turns out that the vendors pay a 40% royalty to the management, which perhaps explains the inflated costs. - **Management**: The management appears to have little control over the vendor pricing, leaving customers at the mercy of these high rates. Overall, it's clear that customers are being taken advantage of in this situation. I strongly advise discussing all these details upfront before paying any advance to avoid unpleasant surprises.

I've ordered a mutton biryani and I found a rusty nail in mutton peice . Being a person with urticaria problem this is very disgusting experience for me. I called the restaurant and they didn't respond well.. kept long holds and irritated me.. i told them I couldn't come as I'm suffering from back pain so kindly arrange a pickup or provide a hassle free resolution for the bad experience which they refused and hung up the call and later didn't respond. They're not bothered. Then I've visited the restaurant. "Ruined my dinner- kept me hungry"! I don't recommend this restaurant.

Hotel Shubham Palace was the venue for my wedding ceremony and I stayed there overnight prior to the event in 2023. Overall it was a great venue. The ambiance was beautiful, their interior decorator partners did an excellent job, and the food was delicious. On the negative side, I did not find the staff helpful. I had to call twice to have extra blankets delivered to our room and they ignored other things after informing me they would follow up which added stress to a busy day. I don't advise staying overnight on the same floor as the event hall as it must be near the laundry or kitchen. There was noise all night from staff talking and wheeling trollies past.

They have a separate party hall for a gathering of around 20 people which is a separate section of the restaurant. Their food taste is decent. They have a small children's play area inside as well. The location is right on the road and has ample parking space

I stayed here for an official trip, and it was a pleasant experience. The rooms are well-maintained, and the food options at night are great, with tasty dishes served in the restaurant. However, I wasn't satisfied with the breakfast menu; it needs improvement in both quality and variety.

Extremely Disappointed - Would Never Recommend! We hosted an event today at Shubham Palace and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. none of the lifts were functional throughout the event. This caused immense inconvenience to my guests, especially senior citizens - one of whom had recently undergone knee surgery. He was left with no choice but to painfully take stairs, which is absolutely unacceptable for a venue claiming to be a 3-star facility. When I raised this concern, I expected accountability - instead, I was met with arrogance and shocking disrespect. The shift director, Mr. Naveen Reddy, dismissed my concern saying, "I can't predict technical failure" and even had the audacity to tell me to "shut up" over a call - completely unprovoked while I was trying to maintain my composure as the host of the event. This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional - it's insensitive and inhumane. How can all lifts fail simultaneously unless it's due to gross negligence? If safety and basic courtesy cannot be assured, such venues should not be allowed to operate, let alone advertise themselves as a 3-star property. To be fair, Mr. Pramod (another director) was polite, reachable, and tried his best to help though he was not on the shift. But one person's decency cannot cover up for the overall mismanagement, negligence, and downright rude conduct displayed by others. I'm seriously considering taking this issue to consumer court - one, for the complete lift failure, and two, for the unprofessional and abusive behavior by Mr. Naveen Reddy. This experience has left me with deep regret and embarrassment in front of my guests.

It's located just beside the Main Road in Karmanghat, it's very well furnished, seating and ambience is very good. We had a friends meet for dinner here recently, food also has Quality and taste, Cost must be some what reasonable. Very big parking place... We can celebrate parties and functions here

Easy accessibility. External view is excellent. Sufficient parking place. Attended a function recently. Hall maintenance is pretty good.
