Very well located hotel walkable distance from railway station. Clean room, sofa type settee, 2 cushioned chairs, 1 plastic chair and two tables, one large. Small fridge. Clothes hangers and hanging rack very useful. So fully equipped.AC and geyser. Polite staff. Autos easily available right outside. Hotel looks almost brand new. Slight minuses, nothing big. Broken toilet seat. Tv no channels are subscribed. They need to fix this surely. Dim bathroom light. Water has to be purchased as bottles Overall highly recommended.

The room and amenities are decent for the price and is is fairly close to the railway station. But they don't provide any breakfast so do not book any rooms with breakfast if you see an option. There was no water in the WC at some point and the manager came to fix it. But the whole unavailability of the breakfast was not a pleasant experience and the manager didn't seem to care much.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely fantastic! they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay . The amenities are good,not outstanding,but satisfactory.The check-in experience was smooth and hassle free . overall,a wonderful 5 star experience

Hi Folks , I have started for 3 days in this property.Pls find my detailed observation as below - 1. Room Service is ok. Hotel staff mentioned that service time is only 9 Am to 9 pm. 2. Sometimes they have shortage of water bottle and towel and so on. 3. Staff did not pay attention whether the provided towel are weared out or fresh. 4. Receptionist switch off the AC and Geyser supply from reception without even asking. I had to call them to ask them to switch on again. 5. Hotel does not have restaurant, so even tea and coffee arranged from outside but someone's it may take longer than usual to be delivered. 6. There is no water or water bottle available as complimentary while check in.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly.The check in experience was smooth and hassle free.The food at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Overall, five star experience

The most third class hotel in khammam just asking for more money .. NVR should opt for this hotel .. no clean washroom... Service very poor.. receptionist horrible.. oyo service is not genuine betr not to book through oyo n betr not to take bookin in this property..

Please don't book this hotel worst hotel if you book this hotel you can face many issue..Mainly couples nd familys don't book this hotel in front of guests they drinking many boys are there they drinking front of reception only please don't book this hotel not secure for familys nd couples

Poor service provided by them. They have opened the room door without informing us. We should always ask them to on the AC. TV remote was asked trice but also no response. One of the worst hotel I have been stayed and not safe for families as people are coming and drinking in this hotel.
