New property. Clean rooms. Room size ok. Teething issues like - flush not working. Hot water not coming. No curtain on window. Service needs to be more professional. Left my mobile charger during check out. Called up later to check. Disappointing and dismissive responses.

They provide a non-A/C and small changed 1500 for 2 adults and the the flesh is not working room has a bad aura at the checkout time they asked for extra money...They are rued I recommend not to choose this hotel

We were a team of 10 and came here for a business trip Good points 1. The location is excellent. 2. The price is good. 3. There was a new clean room for 4 people. 4. The two staff boys were very helpful. Areas to improve. 1. Rooms not clean except for one we got for 4. 2. Exhaust in Washroom not working. 3. Toilet smell was coming from one of the 4 rooms we took. 4. No intercom phones. 5. No food in hotel 6. We asked them plates and boy got dirty plates. 7. There was no normal water, it was frozen cold. 8. Bedsheets and pillow covers were also not changed. We moved the ladies and most members of our team to a better hotel and emptied 3 rooms, as this looked like a shady place.

Rooms are very clean and luxury staff is very helpful overall very good maintenance
