I am very sorry to say that the Veg biryani , Veg kolhapuri are not up to the expectation. I visited just 2 day back along with my friend. Remaining all things are good but the food we had was disappointed. There are hardly any vegetables in the Veg biryani. Veg kolhapuri is less in quantity and quality in comparison to Haveli Restaurant in KMM. Please maintain good quality and taste.

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room was very small, smelly, and felt extremely claustrophobic. There were clear signs of water seepage on the walls, adding to the discomfort. To make matters worse, there was a locked door in the room, which raised serious privacy concerns and made my stay uneasy. The toilet was unhygienic and poorly maintained, further detracting from the overall experience. Another major issue was the inconsistent treatment from the management. When booking online, their attitude seemed indifferent, and they provided subpar rooms. However, if you book directly by calling them, they appear to offer better accommodations. This disparity in treatment is quite unfair and reflects poorly on the hotel's management. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in both maintenance and customer service.

Very disappointing experience, one of the reception staff was extremely arrogant and completely unwilling to listen to our suggestions. I have travelled extensively across India and have never encountered such unprofessional behavior at the front desk. It seems they feel they hold a monopoly in Khammam, which might explain their indifferent attitude--as if guests are staying there at their mercy. Breakfast is served only after 8 AM, and we have to wait another 30 minutes to get a dosa.

me being regular customer here felt my vist off This time First baby corn was stale giving a faul odder we ordered Chicken soup and received a carrot soup on asking them they literally tossed some chicken in the same carrot soup n served biryanis where good here comes the reason for 1 star rating they are charging 30+gst on a sealed water bottle which clearly.has a label of 20 rupees mrp including tax on asking the manager about the price he started giveing reason saying that they can charge howmuch ever they want as per rules as it is served on table and moreover owner of this restaurant is a very big auditor so why would they do this blindly we are a very big brand and this in branded restaurant water bottle are regular charged this way branded my foot I hope some one sues this auditor owner n grab some lump from him then they will get to know

The hall is well-suited for hosting small functions with a capacity of 150-200 people. The food quality is also commendable.

The hotel is far way from railway station. Keep this point before booking. Rooms are nice. But, room service is to be improved. At the time of check in and out no body help you to carry the luggage. The restaurant is also not upto the mark. The food taste is average. Nice and low price restaurants are there in the vicinity. Overall, it is average.

Nice hotel, hospitality is also good, near busstand, we may prefer , And also restorent and bar also here only , finally food is also good and complimentary breakfast also

Ambience is good. Food taste need to be improved. Service is quick.
