Hotel staff are rude and overall staff is about horrible and they are not good in receiving totally staff behaviour is not good so I request every customer don't book this hotel if you book the hotel compulsory you face a problem and I personally faced a issue on payment related that is clearly about payment of online can't be reserved hotel room is established by staff so try to avoid this stay option if you want to face the problem then it's your wish .

Ok ok.. If we don't need AC also we want to pay in Oyo

Overall its above average for me. But the service is excellent. Rooms and bathrooms are below par tbh. They could improve a lot better. Not enough parking also as we parked our car outside on the road only. I do not usually prefer OYO rooms but I'm happy that we found a room here. But 1600 rupees a night the overall look of the rooms could be a lot better.

Very Good hotel, as per my view it can come under 3 star hotel segment. The room is good and neat. It has got lift, room service is also good. Brooming and moping done once in a day also toilet clean. Since I stayed for 3 days toilet cleaning was done only one day. One thing I faced is that they ran out of water for 1-2 hr in washroom in whole 3 days which can be neglected. Again though they got lift in hotel but to get to reception you cannot avoid staircase i.e for entrance to hotel. The bed was very good, 3 people can manage to sleep at once on single bed if you want to avoid extra bedding. In a couple room, the room can hold upto 4 person easily and maximum 5. Best part is, it is located at the centre of market area about 2 km away from khammam railway station.

Rooms are tidy but the service needs improvement. Even for rooms booked online, extra bed was collected. Major drawback is the food tie-up. Food is worst, even though they serve you to the room, I would suggest eat outside in decent hotels around. Parking is big negative. Hotel being in a busy street, has only one cellar parking which can accommodate small cars

One of the worst experience in my life. Manager is not well and he dont now maitain the hotel. Is there one bell boy. His not bell boy he is a commission boy. Every time asking tip tip tip. A/c also the but it is not running waste of money.And one more manager is shouts on customers also. Dont go any one plz dont waste ur money.

Horrible Experience!!!!! They planned to loot the customers when there is a need. They cancelled our booking and simply asking for more money to provide room till morning 6am @night 1am. No proper response. Guy simply mentioned that he don't have any room though prior booking was there. If this is the scenario definitely OYO is not the option to book rooms.

Very bad service, i am staying hotel since 5th may , cmod seat has been broken, shower not woking after dealy reminder not change, no cleaning any days, normal water not provide, provides only sealed water botel on money, tv availabel for only show pice, reciver not available
