Advantages: 1. It's nearby Bus stand & Railway station. 2. Good for short stay/ official meeting at reasonable price. 3. Manager is very humble. 4. Staff is cooperative. 5. Drinking water is good. 6. Wi-Fi is there. Some cons are below: 1. Non working lift as it's under repair for a long time. 2. No electric power backup 3. Rooms are looking good but needs more hygienically clean. 4. No complimentary breakfast. 5. Restaurant's food quality is just ok. 6. Room service is not quick. Verdict: A budget oriented Hotel on prime location.

Back in Khammam after a couple of years and the hotel is now slightly dated but clean in the center of town. I had a couple of prayer meetings to attend in the grounds next door so this was the best place to say as it was an easy walk to the ground and back to the hotel. Staff were very courteous and I look forward to seeing them again in 2 years.

The hotel is surely the nicest in town, but very badly managed and staff. We were a group of 40 people, staying for 17 nights, but never got any discounts, or free used of the conference hall. There were some pluming problems in 3 out the 19 rooms occupied, but management never came to fix the problem during the 17 nights we were there. On the 4th day of our stay, management also demanded a full payment for all the rooms for 17 nights. I have never experienced such a demand from any hotels before, anywhere in the world! I would really think hard and consider 1,000 x if I would stay at this hotel again. We would have left on the 4th day, but due to the large number of people in the group from Europe and the US, we decided to stick it out. There were no other hotels in town that could house such a large number. If you are able to find other hotel in town, stay there! It is better to have friendly and courteous management and staff, than a pretty hotel but ran and staff badly! In my opinion, the management should go back to school and start kindergarden schooling in hotel management - even that would surely help!

This is a place no one should eat or stay , i paid around 1400 ra for a room full of cockroaches and dirty smell . More over bath looks like thesulabh complex with no cleaning. Reception staff says they don't allow online booking . I tried to do oyo booking but reception totally took advantage of my situation to take much money from . This place is not even worth 200 per day. After eating at the restaurant me n my family fell ill and had to visit hospital atleast twice . Worst place , people Nd management . Only good here is the location feasibility

Vishnu Residency is a good hotel. Rooms look same as in pic.The staffs are friendly.It is located in prime area.The rooms are a bit old fashioned.My suggestion to hotel is that the corridor and bathrooms are poorly lit,so if you can make some alterations it will be good. Overall a good hotel to stay in khammam.
