HOTEL SURYA TEJA PRIME

Very dirty, terrible people! The hotel was the most disappointing experience we had in India. They are not embarassed to be asking money for their rooms. I do not accept "This is how hotels are in India" - we have been in India for some time and stayed in lovely places, having an amazing time. My husband's family booked a room in this hotel for my mother. His father talked with the hotel manager before my mother arrived, and they ensured him that everything will be clean and organised for her arrival, and that we shouldn't worry. We should have worried! I didn't check the room in detail, my mother confirmed that the room is fine, because she wanted to be polite. After a few days, I went to her room - dust everywhere, stains in the windows, mirrors, hard water stains in the bathroom, corners dirty. I gave the key to the reception and asked them to clean the room - they said ok we will do it. For 3 consecutive days they were saying "we cleaned" - white we were coming to the room at the end of the day to find it in exactly in the same condition. We took photos and showed them - and we stated that not even the bedsheets were changed. Then 2 people came to the room and changed the bedsheets in front of us - we saw pure horror - huge stains in pillows, mattresses complete brown bedding - the ultimate filth. We end up booking another hotel in Khammam for my mother which luckily was just fine.

Hotel Tabla is a waste one i had visited many time once I asked for mutton biryani the told me.they don't have mutton and I ask for tomato soup they don't have bread this hotel is not up to the mark please Chek and go

Absolutely worst hotel I've ever visited, no maintenance no proper service, rooms are are not cleaned, I would suggest not to prepare this hotel, reception staff are rude and not even helpful, my rating 0

I would suggest not to prefer this banquet hall for any type of occasions ( engagement ceremony, marriage, reception)....I personally had very bad experience at one of my valuable ocassions that is on my engagement ceremony. 1. Not valuable for money 2. Very very poor maintenance 3. Sadistical management 4. Ridiculous service 5. Poor A/C condition 6. Spoiled ocassion 7. Arrogant behaviour towards Guests 8. Not allowed high music system, Fogg and cold fire during event. At last, very very pathetical experience I ever had and I would rate - 'Zero' rating, if possible Negative rating.

Booked 12 rooms as part of wedding planning. Very poor maintenance. Air conditioning doesn't works only in certain timings. Hot water never works and the doors and faucets needs repair. The lift takes at least 30 seconds to travel single floor. Worst place to stay. Please don't book your rooms here. It's a very old and dingy place.
