Terrible Experience - Never Booking Here Again! This was the worst lodge experience I've ever had, especially in Karimnagar. The receptionist was unbelievably rude, acting as if this was some 5-star hotel. Their booking policy clearly stated check-in at 11 PM and check-out at 12 PM, but upon arrival, we were suddenly told that checkout was at 9 AM instead. What's worse? They strictly allow only two guests per room, but if you pay extra, they magically allow more people. So, they follow rules only when it benefits them financially. The most frustrating part of our stay was when the receptionist knocked on our door at 3 AM and argued with us for over 30 minutes. We had traveled 250 km late at night, exhausted and just wanting to rest, but he didn't care. Instead of providing a comfortable stay, he made sure we had a sleepless night. This place lacks basic professionalism, hospitality, and courtesy. The management is shady, money-hungry, and completely unbothered about guests' comfort. If you're looking for a peaceful stay, avoid this place at all costs! This was my first experience in Karimnagar, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst. Never booking here again!

Such an terrible people, even though they have the rooms they were all rooms were booked. Just before our friends who got married recently went to same hotel. For them they said they have the room but as in aadhar you don't have the same surname, rooms will not be provided.

Worst rooms I have ever seen in my life. I have booked 2 rooms for 4 people. Rooms are worst not even clean. Room full of insects and smelling like dog shit. I was very disappointed with oyo bookings. After I called hotel management they said rooms are already book, existing customers have not checked out. How oyo people not checking this type of worst rooms with out basic cleaning. We have a small kid which he is getting irritated with dust on beds. Unwashed bedsheets, insects, uncleaned rooms. I suggest anyone not to take stay for this hotel. I can't even sleep for the smell. Hotel people took complete amount at time of checkin but oyo booking people said to pay only at the time of checkout. I have all the audio calls with me. I have attached booking id also. I will surely sue them in the consumer court if me and my family gets infected by this uncleaned hotel.

Hotel owner was fraud and didn't allow to stay there and ask for more money. Super pathetic oyo management and Oyo under all hotels are totally unsecure to stay. Never go to Oyo

Rooms in a convention centre marriage hall near bypass. though we were afraid about sounds from function it was not affected. Select room accordingly. No restaurant. Lavish parking. medium budgel hotel.

Worst hospitality ever experienced. They had a price issue with oyo and this hotel manager denied check in to my mother and sister at 8:30 pm in the night. They kept on asking for more money for the room or else advice my family to look for a different hotel. This was the only hotel around that area. This hotel staff was rude and kept asking to call oyo and ask them to pay the hotel more.. OYO CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT ABLE TO HELP EITHER. So my mother paid extra to stay their at night. They were all alone in an unknown place.

Rooms are v v basic , issue is hygiene .. unclean bedsheets , unclean AC , smelly rooms , good parking space and location, OK for a emergency pitstop only

Extremely unsafe. Random people knock on doors in the middle of night. The staff asked for extra money to get me checked in even after paying the full price online before reaching the hotel. Never ever again.
