Hotel Swetha

Staff behavior is not good low hospitality. No proper maintenance. Food is not at all good.

Hotel located just beside RTC Bus Station. First impressions was quite good checked in at night 10pm staff assisted very well towards Room. Room was looks good but hygiene part comes in sofas were filled with dust. No foot mats. (After requesting they provided) Bathroom water was clogged while bathing , slow drainage. Coming to Food it was tasty ordered paneer Manchuria. Bit expensive. Morning provided complementary breakfast. It was good. Ambience was felt OK need maintenance at floors. Ground floor was good at reception. Service point of view we received a good service. Overall felt bit expensive with price point.

Front office boy is giving worst response. Doors will never open properly and No neat rooms and overall 0/5. Date:29-04-2025 Time:8.26pm Front office boy is very ugly service at above time.

Rooms aren't updated, washrooms are worst , serving persons aren't polite.. restaurant is good and food is fine..

I was stayed in Swetha hotel. I m very happy Front office staff is very kind Good behaviour Mr waseem Akram very good gentle man .He gave us earlier check in and breakfast also very good ,rooms very ambiance check mancho soup is very good try once .

Friendly staff Very good buffet breakfast Especially wasim bhayya was so helpful, it was during my exams i stayed for 2 days .... Good hospitality

Worst experience.. no proper service or response from anyone from hotel team.. Imp... Charging 40 rs for water bottle.. not sure how they can deny court orders and if we ask they are simply saying it's management decision..

Very worst people there is not provided wifi password reception guy was very rood carecter the hole hotel never seen in my life very bad very bad ...
