Extremely Unprofessional and Unsafe Experience I had a terrible experience with this, which I had booked online in advance for a friend. The booking was confirmed, and I had clearly mentioned the check-in time as late evening. However, when my friend (a female traveler) reached the hotel around 11 PM, the staff shockingly claimed that no room was available. Despite having a confirmed reservation, she was left standing outside at night, which was extremely unsafe and unacceptable. After much pleading and emotional distress, the staff finally offered a room but only after demanding extra money other than booking amount. This behavior was not just unprofessional but exploitative, especially considering it involved a female guest at night. This kind of conduct is not only unethical but also dangerous. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Such behavior from hotel staff is disgraceful and should not be tolerated.

The receptionist didn't agree with our booking made through agoda. Insisted us to give more money. Which is not fair

Rooms are clean and maintained. But AC not working in most of the rooms. Mosquitoes are a lot. Parking available in basement with CCTV. Rooms are in 4th and 5th floor.

First of all it's just a hotel and there's no restaurant attached to it so make a note of that. And in case if you want to book your hotel please make it in advance or else the prices might fluctuate according to the demand. And coming to the rooms they are quite spacious but there's only a main door and a small window so the ventilation is compromised a bit. Overall I'd give a 3/5. Thank you.

One the third class, they don't know how to talk with the customer. I kindly request. Don't visit to this hotel. It's not at all good staff. They don't listen. No maintenance, no clean. I request badly don't go. Don't go all the above reviews that are fake.

This property is strictly not recommended for family people. And don't expect any room service also.
