No maintenance and room was not cleaned

The price as per online is 790rs.But when I called the hotel, they're saying unless you pay 500rs extra we'll not let you enter the rooms.

We planned to take 3 rooms for our guests at this hotel.. after one of our guests checked in they had so many problems that we had to let go of the advance and just take another hotel. They didn't provide a key, asked us to call reception if door needs to be opened as it seems some people lose the key. No towels provided, no soap, rooms good size but not very clean. The rooms they showed us before booking were cleaner but the ones we got wasn't and the bathroom was too small too. While cancellation when we asked for some money back as we spent just 2 hours in hotel, they started arguing, felt it was unproductive so we let go the advance. Very poorly managed setup they are fit only for people who don't find any other rooms in Hyderabad.

Rooms were not clean, bedsheets were not washed, TV was not working, the staff member was full of attitude had asked him wifi password more than once in a call he just hung up, no hot water. Disappointed with overall service and it is expensive.

Rooms are regional prices good and good car parking place receptionist uday good communication regarding guest services And 150 meter near by bus stp and metro station Increase salary to him is a nice person
