Westside Hotel

Very bad experience, unprofessional staff. The rooms, Lenin is not clean. The breakfast was just ok. No option. Instead of this, you can book very stays at a very good rate. It is really a worst experience in the entire Hyderabad stay. Do not recommend this for anyone

Stayed here on an official visit. The stay was ok but the cleanliness was a little concern. They can improve on this area. The building, the stay, food etc are all good or decent. The staff was very cordial and supportive. They serve breakfast and dinner for the in-house guests, as buffet. Food was also good, limited options though, but good.

We had an exceptional experience at Hotel West Side, Hyderabad. The cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms were top-notch, and the Deluxe Double Bed room was incredibly spacious, providing all the comfort we needed. The room service was awesome, with the staff being polite, always helpful, and available whenever needed. Any issue or request we had was resolved with a smile, and they genuinely made an effort to ensure customer happiness. The restaurant was equally impressive. We thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet, which included live counters. The food was delicious, freshly cooked, and always served hot. They even prepared special meals for my infant, making my little one's stay a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Although the hotel is located a bit off the main road, the excellent service, cleanliness, and support more than made up for it. If you're looking for a hotel that provides exceptional rooms, great food, and outstanding room service at an affordable price, this is the place to stay. I highly recommend Hotel West Side for a pleasant and memorable experience!

The hotel is located in great location with easy access to Gachibowli key points. The rooms are clean and the staff behaviour is awesome. I recommend this hotel for any business travel

It's an extremely substandard hotel with toilets which are not even the standards of a public toilet. How authorities are not checking this place, bathrooms does not hv doors. Extremely bad hygiene and safety hazard.
