Room is spacious but maintance/service is poor. Staff dint bother to clean the room properly even after requesting stating that we wont be using that part of the room.. Complimentary breakfast is pathetic. If maintained properly this would be a good option to stay.

Not suitable for business travelers looking for quality stay. Very small room. No wardrobe for hanging clothes. Depth of wardrobe is 6 inch only. Quality of construction is also very low. Bathroom sink is so small that water comes out if tap is open full. I paid for Suit room. But it was two very small rooms with bed in both rooms. So it was of no use for individual traveller like myself.

Location is good. Room was ok ok, not bad and not so great. Service was not at all good, too late. I have stayed in other Fab Hotel properties, this one is not up to the mark! They didn't even provide basic toiletries set.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I was there in May 2018 for some work in Hyderabad. I reached around 10 pm, the receptionist was not able to find booking made by my company. After showing him room booking confirmation mail he allowed me in. Rooms are like mini 1 BHK converted to hotel. The main door had a very fragile lock. The property was not well lit up. It looked gloomy and not maintained from appearance. There were very few occupants. TV was not functional. After calling reception a guy with chikenpox came to fix it. I had to request him to go back quickly. Next day morning breakfast was 2 wada with water like sambar. When I came back from office the hotel entry was blocked. The property owner had blocked entry of all and was fighting with manager. The hotel is in a renter property and they had not paid rent worth few lakhs to the owner. The owner lady was polite to customers but did not allow to go inside. We waited in reception for an hour and after multiple calls from my office admin were allowed inside. I left the hotel in hurry same day. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AS THE SERVICE IS WORST. Other things which look minor as compared to horrible experience above 1. wifi was working only near room door 2. Low quality breakfast 3. No hot water for bath. 4. Dirty linen 5. They provide 2 bottles of water but I think its normal tap water only. This hotel is closing soon, do not book.

We were booked in the FabHotel V Hotel Hitech City initially. As there were no room available when we reached, the hotel staff directed us to to FabHotel Spring Leaf Gachibowli - Okay hotel tucked away in a corner. The charged us Rs. 300 per room for early check-in. Considering the fact that we had little choice at 8 AM, we paid and checked in. Complimentary breakfast needs major improvement. I was served Poori and potato curry. Poori was cold and very chewy and the curry was also cold and bit spicy. Coffee and Tea were served cold too with a lot of sugar. Rooms and toilet were clean. The disco lights in the elevator should be changed to normal lights for better visibility. The Reception staff could not speak Telugu unfortunately. For a tariff of Rs. 1750 per double occupancy room, they should at least provide bottled water and news paper in the morning everyday. Okay to stay for a couple of nights considering it is close to HITEX, HiTech offices, Inorbit Mall, etc. You have to walk at least 0.5 KM to reach the main road for a decent restaurant.

Good hotel..Very helpful staff. Two points where i see improvement is 1) they should have iron railings on windows since the beds are just beside the windows and not safe if you have kids 2) they should have some more option in breakfast. Idli an bread butter is common 7 days along with one other option.

Good for room services and charges. But don't take food in this hotel, price wiil be expensive and not a taste, quality. Take out side food when your choose this hotel for stay. ID proof Should submit for stay everyone.

The photos published on the fabhotels website is different from the rooms given. The rooms were very small and even after escalation through customer care correct rooms were not given. Bad experience. Not recommended. Staff will say the rooms whose pictures are uploaded are already given and we don't have other rooms like that.
