Dear guys please don't prefer this hotel you can't take sleep after 6 am there is gym located in the premises due to this there is horrible vibrations and sounds these things well known to management also but they didn't have concern about this . I stayed for three days everyday since morning 6 am to 8 am literally we can't stay in room. Dnt depend on buffet breakfast too when ever u go it will not available properly

The worst experience I ever had till date. My suggestion is not to choose this hotel, there was no proper maintenance. The prices are too high and it's not at all worth it. The pictures in the website seems good, but in real the hotel is worst. Please don't go there and waste your money. They offered complementary breakfast which is brought from outside roadside hotel which is not at all good, to be frank the worst.

Iam staying regularly in this newly opened property.This happens to be my visit number #3.I find improvements after every visit and would like to stay more often.There is access to gym and saloon services a floor below.Located in busy street but quiet peaceful property....Washroom is a bit smaller and felt uncomfortable.

Though the customer care centre was quick to register, identify the place and book my room, was a little disheartened. The reception was un-welcoming, he was more interested in me checking out than my stay. I had to just freshen up and head to a surgical procedure after a travel, and the receptionists' first question was - " You have to check out by 12!!" Room was ok, shower in the bathroom was broken, water was all over the place, the mirror was no more a mirror, and the washbasin so small that i could hardly use without touching the sides. I enquired about breakfast and the receptionist did not bother to check if I wanted to have before I left. Overall not happy

Friends I was taken for a ride by booking.com and treebo Pathetic room full of mosquito, power point doesn't work, poor break fast, no toiletries and amenities,high price charged (2000 per night)and room provided was poor quality.. location next to a drain and above a noisy gym.overall terrible experience and money lost..will never ever use booking.com and treebo .. don't even think even when offered free

The service they are giving for the money they are charging is not at all worth it. Staff at reception is not trained. We booked total of 11 rooms for 3 days but service and response was very worst. Some of the Laundry list of complaints below 1. They charged 2400 rs for A/C room in which A/C room was not working at all. I called them 4 times and they were not able to resolve it. 2. No daily cleaning of rooms. I have to fight with them to get the room cleaned even after booking 11 rooms 3. Everytime I ask for a water bootle or luggage service , they say they don't have enough staff or too many rooms and guests in hotel and they are overloaded. Very worst response. I went to the reception to collect two water bottles by myself.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and The rooms were very comfortable and The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre and definitely I'll look forward to coming back.
