This is not a 3 star hotel, as mentioned by someone it feels like staying in a match box there is a constant smell like that as well. Toiletries/ tea coffee sachets are not provided neither they check on room service. Too much noisy on the reception floor. Only good thing was 24/7 hot water and breakfast in morning which saved time. We booked this hotel for 4 days thinking it will have good connectivity and checking reviews on google bit is was not worth it.

Rooms were good , very nice location to travel to tourist places. But the receptionist during the day time was adamant.No good hospitality. I need to special mention Imroz khan , he had provided really good hotel service. And was really helpful for us. Good hospitality towards us.

Location wise it is good, the rooms are clean and staff helpful We stayed group of 8 people and it was good experience. The location is also good and food is also ok

The rooms were neat & clean with all the toiletries provided. The service was top notch & quick. They provided delicious morning break fast. The staff was very courteous & helpful.

This is an average hotel in middle of shopping area. Families fall for the review but mostly unmarried couple come to make love. Beds aren't that clean and breakfast options are quite limited. TV has nothing apart from Youtube.

Rooms are ok. You feel as if you are inside match box. The cost is high for the quality of the room. Bath rooms are NOT good. Stained. Don't feel like using it.

Recently, I booked a stay (2 rooms) with my family at this hotel for 2 nights via Agoda. The photos shared in Google reviews and Agoda reviews portrayed a decent stay, and due to the easy accessibility to the places I needed to visit, I chose to book this hotel. I am sharing my personal experience here for those who closely rely on Google reviews when booking their stay. I paid around 10k for 2 nights. Overall, I would say it wasn't worth the amount I paid. Cons: 1. Poor Linens: The linens provided were dirty. I requested a change, and although they were replaced, the new ones were also dirty. 2. Unmaintained Rooms: The hotel rooms are not well maintained; the walls were dirty. 3. Inadequate Toiletries: Instead of providing toiletries in small sachets, they use bottles for shampoo, handwash, and body wash that are refilled. This was unacceptable for us as the same bottles are shared by every guest. 4. Outdated Photos: All the photos shared on Agoda and Google are outdated. The rooms do not look as neat and clean as depicted in the photos. Pros: 1. Convenient Location: The hotel is close to Charminar, Birla Mandir, NTR Gardens, and other nearby attractions. 2. Decent Breakfast: The breakfast offered was satisfactory. 3. You can order food to your room via swiggy and even Swiggy Instamart is available. 4. Cutlery is provided upon request.

The hotel is superb and very friendly staff. But the main problem is with their check-in and check-out policy the standard checkin time is 12 PM which makes it difficult for people coming from far places in the morning they need to find another place to fresh up.
