Rooms are not clean... Every other room has some or other problem... If Ac works geyser doesn't work .. If geyser works there is complaint with fan.. Very bad maintenance... I wouldn't recommend this hotel

The rooms were good but there was no mat in the room, there is no shelf or hook to keep clothes or towel or soap shampoo in the bathroom. I didn't like their service at all because they didn't provide any of the essentials we asked for. There was no outside food allowed but their own food is not very good. Only main course is served there, no side item (gravy or curry). We ordered fried rice which was very spicy

It's a not hotel it's a lodge more as a dharmsala, because of rating I booked and made a mistake

Good room quality at reasonable price. But should provide kettle and table. Always something is broken either AC remote or commode not working

Very very poor service. We have booked a complete 1st floor(10 rooms) for marriage for families to stay but at last they shared one in each floor, no water bottles available, no extra mattress available(they didn't provide extra mattress so that we would opt for few more rooms), jugs in the washroom were broken, no worth at all, I recommend not to choose this if you have a chance.

Room is spacious but, no TV in the room and mattresses is not good, bedsheets are not clean

Very poor service by oyo... Its only a scam.. We were denied check in even though we booked prior.. They have horrible customer service. No one is bothered to take responsibility. There is no use of booking prior.. If anyone gives more money they ll get the room . And even oyo customer service is like we ll refund or u can book somewhere else... Never ever book oyo. It's only a scam

Don't go by the pics posted on any website.It's a hostel kind of feeling, not recommended for families. Sorry couldn't share pics because of the room conditions. Only appreciable thing was the guy at the reception and his colleague from Assam were helpful with the getting the bedsheets changed and the morning receptionist helped with accomodating take a bath in another room due to choke up in 203.
