Actually it's a decent room in budget friendly but the only problem is about the neatness in room and the maintenance actually we had stayed there for 3 days and I requested to change the bedsheets but they simply re arranged those same bedsheets again and they said they there is no laundry today so sorry for the inconvenience that's it

The worst experience of my life. I would never choose this if my exam centre wasn't nearby. The Hotel denied check in even when I had booked a room through make my trip. I had been calling since 12pm and no one picked up. They lacked the basic decency to inform me of the hotel being full earlier.The receptionist was rude and asked me to contact customer care and said he cannot do anything. It is very irresponsible and inhumane to cancel bookings of anyone specially when it's a female traveller and more so someone who has an exam the following day. If you want to be safe, don't book a room in this hotel ever.

Finding the location is relatively easy, but the area is not appealing. Without a clear sign, you wouldn't recognize it as a residential hotel. The place has a dark, unwelcoming vibe, and the exterior is quite dirty. Inside, the conditions are no better. The TV in the room is non-functional, serving only as decoration. While hot water is available, it is excessively hot, causing skin irritation. The room has a bad odour and is not clean. The beds are dirty and dusty. The hotel provides two bottles of drinking water worth 7 rupees each, along with two 10-rupee soaps and two 1-rupee shampoos. Any extra water comes at an additional cost. This hotel is not suitable for families. The reception is staffed by two people who appear to treat their work as a part-time job, lacking professionalism in dealing with customers. At night, it is difficult to sleep due to the noise from vehicle horns and sounds at the door. Breakfast is served between 8:30 and 9:30 AM, so if you need to check out before 8 AM, you won't get breakfast, which is inconvenient for those staying overnight to leave early. Nearby dining options are limited and unclean; there might be one restaurant that only serves biryani. Overall, considering the price, the experience is unsatisfactory and disappointing. To reach the hotel from Secunderabad Railway Station, you can go to the nearest bus stop (depending on your exit two bus stops are there nearby at two sides) and you could get a direct bus to the stop near the hotel which i think it is autonagar..

It had been a while I never booked oyo, and some of my experience had been really bad and this is one of them. Basic amenities like towel, soap and hot water was not provided and the rooms were dirty(check out pictures), it's not how it has been advertised.

Worst ever stay of my life. You can see every species of insect here (full of cockraches, mosquito). The reason to stay in the hotel for 3 nights was due to examination(nearby centre). The staff is even more worst especially the receptionist(Tall and thin). The receptionist was very arrogant and threatened us by saying "We have got rights to cancel the booking, even if it is confirmed booking". When asked regarding additional one more day booking, he was like you will be charged around 1500(Goibibo price Rs.1163). We were told by the receptionist that the hourly charge for single room is Rs.150/hour (Goibibo Rs.1163/24hrs) And also when asked about additional charge for one more adult in the same room, he was like Rs.700 (Goibibo price Rs.50. Not a good ambience Repeated honking of Truck/Lorry Throughout the stay, I kept my calm as I have got my own plans Not at all recommended Sleep on footpath instead of opting this hotel.

Worst staff behaviour. Ac was not working, no breakfast provided even after charging me for breakfast. No hot water provision. This is not at all oyo room. No response from staff even after complaint regarding air conditioner. TV also doesn't work in any room. That's just a show piece.
